the red hook branch located at 615 clinton st needs to close..they do not deliver packages on a timely matter. they do not knock on the door tom deliver package they just say no secure place...i really dont like my things being deliveres by USPS from red hook horrible business and they never answer the phone been calling them for 3 hours and still no answer

This post office is the worst!! I never get my mail and they leave packages on my stoop and 3 have been stolen in the last 2 weeks. Letters get lost too. They are the worst I have ever encountered and they don’t even have a phone number to call to stop them from leaving packages outside.

This is the worst mail service in NY always leaving notes on the door and mail outside on my stoop if you don't want to work let someone else have your job Redhook Post Office the pits :(.
