Horrible service very lazy workers, a lack of willingness to help or do their work.I was the only customer there and they refused to Serve me. And the clerk kept saying to me to have an appointment which I don’t need it. Because I passed by this place two days before and I asked if I need appointment and the lady who was working at that time she said to me no need appointment for passport renewal. Very bad experience.i will never go back to this post office again.

Today I had a passport appointment at Gravesend Post Office. There was a huge line in front of the office. I was with my husband and my 5 year old daughter who was an applicant. I came in to see whether there is a separate line for passport applicants and saw the only one window was open. I wanted to ask somebody whether I should wait in that huge line or there is somebody else proceeding passport applications (maybe absent on a small break at this time). I tried to make a phone call, but nobody picked up. Then I approached the clerk. She was annoyed with my question and told me to have a seat. I find this rude because I believe I have a right to ask questions and get answers. I needed to estimate my wait time. I understand that she was busy being the only one clerk serving a huge line on a Saturday morning, but how much time it takes to answer one or two questions? I hope you'll be able to explain to your workers the rules of courtesy, and I hope next time people will be met at Gravesend Post Office with open heart and willingness to help, so the world will become a better place.

I have a registered mail. I checked the tracking number and it clearly says my registered mail was already at this facility since May 1. It is May 7, already. Hello! I was not even sent a notice that it is already there. I have no idea why it remains UNDELIVERED up to this time. If they dont want to deliver anymore, at least give me a notice, so, I can go to the Post Office and pick it myself? May 1, 2018. May 7, 2018. What is the reason my registered mail is undelivered. HELLO USPS Avenue U. :(
