My mail was left in the paper recycling which I have for convenience in the outer lobby of my residence, Not a mailbox. The mailbox is very conveniently identifiable. Please have your mail carriers which at any given time cover for the regular carrier deliver the mail properly & professionally. I have been put on hold two consecutive times this morning for over 10 minutes each waiting to speak with the west farms postal manager. Please return my call 718-597-7105 I'm Rosa Peraza.

I just called to see if they can help me out with some parcels that I sent to my wife but I misplaced the receipt with confirmation numbers, the guy was to busy to help me out, did not even try it to help, that's why the post office is the way it is right now, employees that get paid but don't want to give the service the clients deserve!!!!!!!

I was on line last week for nearly two hours @ the Bronx west farms location. The two employees working the windows were doing every transaction, including helping fill out passport info and paperwork, helping people register for P.O. Boxes etc. It was very busy and it was horrible. The line was literally out the door. Get more employees please or separate the types of transactions. One employee was looking for a guy's packages for 20 minutes when I arrived, leaving the other one to do everything. Then at one point both were caught up with long passport transactions. Just terrible!! What was strange, there was a guy in the back constantly yelling to people that were working in the back saying, "Lets go people! Hurry up!"

I had a package that had an undileverable adress, but I made sure the day that package arrived at the post office, to call and let them know so I could stop by and pick it up. The worker on the phone took down my information, and said he was going to look for the package and call me back. That was at 9 in the morning, and I never heard from him since. I called back repeatedly and no one picked up. And now my package is being sent back. Thank you west farms post office for your HORRIBLE service!

This post office is the WORST!!!!! My package was never delivered. This happened on more than one occasion. When asked to speak to a manager, they tell me that "The manager won't be in until Tuesday" I don't normally write reviews but the first woman I spoke to actually hung up on me and the second person I spoke to questioned about me being home all day. To quote him "You didn't go to the store?.... A walk? A Drink of water??" As if I was in the wrong. Then when asked about it being redelivered he says I can only do it online. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?!?! I'm going to file a complaint and make these people take consequences for their rude behavior.

I called asking about my redeliveries that I requested because supposedly no one was home when they were "attempted" the day before.(we was home all day & we also have a sign on the door with instructions) This station never deliver my packages. It's always an issue. The so called supervisor "Ms. Jones" was rude & was quick to hang up the phone on me. Didn't check to see if my packages were out or anything.

Oh and I will be contacting the supervisor a Ms. Cordero when she returns on July 7th. I am formally giving a written complaint and seeing this through. I spoke to the supervisor on site (temp) Mr. Sanchez who was appalled after I called and told him what occurred. He told me I should have told her to get the onsite supervisor bc he would have reprimanded her for lying and chasing away a paying customer. Unfortunately I was taken so aback by her boldface lying that all I could say was, "really? Are you kidding me?" She just nodded no to me. It was disgusting. I am still in shock by this ladies behavior. Dear God, people, transfer these workers for actual hardworking clerks. They are way to laid back. It is employees like her that is destroying the mail system. She got what she wanted. She chased me away. So sad.

I just came from USPS West Farms Office and one of the clerks (African-American woman, been there a while) had the gall to sit there and lie to my face and say they didn't carry soft priority envelopes. All bc her fat ass did not want to walk to the back and get me one. To top it off, the supervisor is on vacation. I do not understand why they have not changed some of the clerks here. The only clerk that is always helpful is the Asian lady and I think she retired or is about to retire. Now we are really doomed. They do not like to work and never, ever smile. They should transfer them to a busy office in the city, so that they have to work for their money. And, yes I had to point our her race bc she is known for her nastiness.

Yes they need a whole new set of hardworking, caring people to work here. These older ladies all have attitudes and can never find anything. Yet, they find the time to get their fake nails and hair done to come to work to look pretty and that is it. How about look pretty but work the money you are earning. Not gossip and waddle, but actually work for a living. I am so tired and disgusted by their nasty attitudes and lazy asses.

Why is it so difficult to receive a package from this post office and even more problems if the package has my wife's first name on it. I wouldn't have to pick it up if it was actually delivered in the first place and why would I walk around with my wife's ID when it's the same address?
A certain family member with the same last name is always home so why the slip in the mailbox?
This is the worst service ever!
FedEx and UPS are much superior

Always. They do not like to work here. I hate to say this, but they need a Caucasian supervisor. Unfortunately, Blacks and Latinos, tend to get laid back when their supervisors are from the same race or ethnic group. Just saying
