Received a package while working from home, was not delivered and the slip wasn't left to pick it up until the NEXT day. Seriously!? So you can put a notice up a day later while I was home (2 days now) but couldn't deliver my package while I was home...again? Went online to reschedule the delivery for the following day(Saturday). It is STILL marked for rescheduled delivery a week later. Tried calling the post office but the phone number is out of service!!!

I just want to report an issue with the mailbox in front of 1563 Unionport Road. It has a sticky substance across the slot/shute. Envelopes stick to the substance. The criminals are "phishing" again. I reported this several times and nothing happened. It has been a few months now. Please help!

I just called the number posted 7 times and no one answered. Clearly, there is an unofficial policy that they don’t answer the phone, making it impossible to contact them. This is a government institution and that’s against the law. And please start answering your phone or l’ll document and report it.

I was suppose to receive a package on January 4,2021 it never came, come to find out the Post Office disposed of it, claiming they couldn't return to sender or deliver to me. This is hard to believe since I am DISABLED and I’m ALWAYS home. Nobody tried to deliver any package with the tracking number provided. I have no idea where this package was coming from so I can’t inquire with sender. I’m sure I’ve paid for merchandise and my Post Office says they can’t do anything, not even provide information regarding this package. I’m so upset with outcome. Cause that means this can happened anytime, claiming they delivered and honestly didn’t. I don’t have any other problems with any of my deliveries from UPS, Amazon, Clothing Outlets or any items. Unfortunately I have been having problems such as this and Re- Deliveries from Post Office that I never get. I’m highly upset as to the extreme that ppl will go just to keep a package. Is this what we have become? A very dissatisfied customer.

I am totally upset, when we don’t have our regular mail person, our mail gets all messed up. Either we don’t get a delivery or the person that lives next door gets out mail who we have a problem with already, and we get our mail days later, and doesn’t need to know any of our business. It’s none of anyone’s business and yes I’m very upset. This is crazy!

Since our mail lady retired after 10 years, presently, we are not at times receiving our mail at most 2 days will go by. Absolutely, NO mail on Saturday we receive Tuesday. Mail postmarked the 4th from Bronx to Bronx - delivered 4 days later. When mail delivered now we can expect it 7pm. At times, mail placed in wrong mailbox. Dependability, loyalty, consistency, and pride is amiss. It's a shame.

I ordered some items on amazon and had them sent to my parents house because I was away for military drill. The items were supposed to arrive Saturday. My parents never heard the doorbell ring, yet USPS stated there was an attempted delivery on their website. There was no notice left. I called today(Monday) to find out what was going on and the first lady was really rude, she hung up on me. The second time I called and I had to speak to 3 different people before they told me, "The packages are PROBABLY out for delivery right now." This PO is garbage, and the mailmen are too lazy to deliver heavy packages apparently. This is probably the 4th time this has happened to me. Stop hiring lazy people please..

I was in the post office on Tuesday, February 21 at 12:30 to pick up a package and did not leave until 1:29. I asked the supervisor, Ms. Flemings,/ if she could assist the person at the pickup window and she told me she was busy. She stood behind this Skip the line box and I can count on one hand the number of people who used that service. As a Supervisor she is supposed to access the situation and help in an area that is needed not pick the easiest job. Twice I asked her to assist the lady in the pickup window and she refused to move from behind that box which was counterproductive. The next time I saw Ms. Fleming she had her coat on and was walking out the door. Waiting in line for an hour is totally unacceptable. Some of us have medical conditions that make it very difficult for us to have to do this. I started a petition because this cannot continue. And we needed management in this post office who are truly concerned about the customer.

Let me start by saying this PO in Parkchester in the Bronx is one of the worst if not the worst PO in NY. It does not matter what time of the day it is, there is always a line, both for service and to p/u pkgs. which by the way it seems the mail carrier is opposed to ringing doorbells because on 3 separate occasions both myself and my tenant have been home and neither doorbell was rung, instead there's a note on the door stating "sorry we missed you". Really? Are you sorry?? Its sorrier that you did not even bother to ring the doorbell as both apartments had people inside. That's a separate issue but none the less one that is a reflection of the Parkchester Station. I certainly know that complaining about this is going no where but I know for a fact that I am definitely not the only one who feels this way. Not all but many of the postal workers are very rude and always look angry. The lines are insane and its time to get more employees. I am sure with the unemplpyment rate in America there are certainly qualified people who can fulfill this job. Additionally, another concern I have is sending packages via priority mail and they either never show up or are delivered many more days than the 3-4 days than they should be for the money paid. The sad part is no one is held accountable and there is never a refund of the amount paid. If it was not handled as a priority then it should be considered first class mail and the difference should be reimbursed to the customer. Its ridiculous and it needs to be corrected. Its disgusting that customers with vehicles and only 1-2 hours of meter time should be in a PO for 1 hour of that time. Parking is horrible in Parkchester as well as the Post Office service to customers.

This post office is the worst. Every time I go there the lines are horrendous. I went to pick up my package and I'm told they have no idea where it is. Was told to wait another 2 more days. Even though the pink slip says it was left there. Why can't they just try to redeliver the following day. Was wondering, can my mail and packages be delivered or returned to the Westchester Square post office. It's much closer to me anyway? Really pissed off and angry after waiting over 50 minutes on line.

Every time my packages get transfered to this post office from UPS it sucks. The mail man never delivers the first time around! I check the tracker and it says that they left a notice because no one was home which is a lie because I'm a stay at home mom. To top it off, there's never a notice left. Usually the day after "the notice" it gets delivered but I really don't understand why the laziness of not delivering it the first day.

Post Office suck....but this one is not bad. Everytime I go there's hardly any lines. if there is a line they have more than one window open and it goes down pretty fast. Soundview Post Office is closer to me but I always go to Parkchester.
