Visit this post office at least three times a week to drop off stuff for shipping, pick up mail and pick up packages. The pickup window hours is 8 am to 6pm. If you get there before 8am and you have a yellow slip to pick up package one of the tellers (Smith) tells you she can’t help you because she is the only one there, even though I was the only one in the lobby at that time and the pick up window is not opened yet. Another teller, didn’t get her name, yelled at me and told me next time come at 9:30. All I have to say is that there are three people that I have dealt with in the post office that deserve big raises and are very kind hearted. The other two described should lose their jobs. They are rude and nasty. If you don’t want to do your job then don’t go to work. It’s that simple. USPS Grand Concourse will lose customers soon. They are the worst.

Express mail package sent and was supposed to have been delivered yesterday. So far no package which btw is medical supplies needed yesterday. Tracking shows delivered this morning at 0640. To where and who, who knows. Signature was required. Called local post office for hours but no one will pick up phone then it will give me a disconnection tone. You all should be ashamed. I will start using other means of delivery. This is why the USPS is in the financial position is in.

On February 3, 2020 I arrived at the post office at 558 Grand Concourse at 12:15 pm to purchase a roll of stamps. After waiting on a very long line for half an hour I was finally called to one of the two postal employees who were calling customers and was told that there were no rolls of stamps available! This is no way to run an organization that is supposed to be servicing the public!!
