Be careful when having this post office hold your mail when you go out of town. We were gone for 7 days and our accumulated mail was supposed to be delivered on July 28th. It’s now the 30th and we still haven’t received our mail. I went to this post office twice today and was told that there was a substitute carrier on the day that our mail was supposed to be delivered and “he must have been busy and not paying attention”. So we have over a weeks worth of mail delivered incorrectly and they aren’t doing anything about it. We are angry and concerned because we have mail floating around out there showing personal information, account numbers, etc and the employees and the post master at the Black River Post Office could care less.

Paid to have a Christmas package delivered by Friday, December 22, 2017. On Saturday, December 23,2017, recipient received notice to now pick it up at the post office on Tuesday, December 26, 2017. The recipient was home to receive on time had the courier done the job that they are paid to do. Get out of the truck and do what is needed to complete the service.. I don’t want to hear an excuse... if you are not going to complete the job you are paid to do, then go find another company to screw up !
