Thanks you for not providing an envelop when ordering multiple stamps. among other things paid for, I was trying to not have them slip out of my hand while carrying them to the writing desk to use to address a sending letter. I couldn't them, them being light! and was more concerned with getting back to agent to make certain my pre-stamped envelop didn't need addl postage (while there's no scale apparatus to weigh your mailings at station, outside of windowed agents). In addition, she didn't give me a receipt! She mumbled something unintelligible in English , still not giving me a receipt; and hearing the other at post customer also get an earful of Chinese-English unintelligible that she had to yell to ask agt to keep repeating. So, I moved on to my task without receipt. Your agents must speak better English. They should be trained to take care of "their" customers, not themselves--customer comes to the window for help, assistance. A better attitude would go a long way.
