Postal Locations

Postal employee who answered the phone in Winnemucca was rude and not helpful at all. I get that he couldn't help me but it doesn't take much to be nice. This just adds to the negative public opinion of the USPS. Sad.

I am missing some of my mail which should be delivered to my address at 41 Vista Ave, Winnemucca Nv..Recently my May water bill never arrived and the June bill was fount next door( a vacant property), on the grass. I did call the post office and asked for a supervisor or manager but this person stated that she could handle the complaint. (Her name was Allie or something like that) They keep delivering mail to 31 Vista Ave ( the vacant property next door) mail box is full--and this mail box opens with the wind and the mail lands where ever. That is where I found my water bill. I don't like my mail being misplaced and why should we pick up that mail and put it back in that mail box? The mail carrier leaves it as is---why should we care? As of today---My June mortgage bill never arrived, payment is due on the 21st of each month. An also, my car tag renewal bill never arrived, so I had to pay a fine when ordering my new plate tag. What are you going to do about this?

Went in 4/28/20 @ 0930 hrs to get a package that was delivered to my PO Box. Package did not arrive in my PO BOX. Talked with a mail guy gave him my phone # he said he would call me back waited all day no call, no package. Who ever is in charge is not doing a very good job, fired them all get someone who wants to do a good job at customer service

This post office will never delivery my packages on time, there’s been a few incidents where instead of putting all my stuff in a bigger box provided in my apartments they keep my stuff for extra days even if it’s first class or urgent. There’s days where my mail isn’t even delivered past 7pm, it’s ridiculous
