For nothing I sign up for informed delivery!! all mail that was scanned and sent to me which are important docs has never come. Carrier wrote on it "UTF" ASSUMING Unable To Forward they we're expected July 30 ans still not a damm thing! then they put 1 of those green cards for New tenant names / Vacant. like WTF! I've lived here over a year and a half!! irraz af!!!

I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to our mail carrier, Mike. He is incredibly friendly, calls us by name and is up for a quick chat. He has even chatted with one of my husbands employees that is often times around dropping things off when the mail is delivered. Mike talks football with him. He is seriously the BEST carrier we have ever had. And human. You got yourselves a good on USPS! Thanks for putting him on our route. ♥️

Insanely bad service. We receive someone else's mail at least once a week. Our entire neighborhood has resigned to hand delivering each other's mail. Frikkin sick of it. Also the mail man will not wear a mask in our business even though we require it due to immunocompromised people. Lastly, at home the postal workers will not pick up outgoing mail, almost ever. I literally cannot mail mail from my home. So - they wont deliver, and they won't pick up. What the heck?!

I live at the Innova/Summit Apartments and mail delivery has been suspect at best. New Apartment complex so ya gotta give them a little time to get it figured out. Today is Saturday, mail was just delivered and the poor carrier is not only working late to get our mail delivered, but it's 7pm and it's still close to 100 degrees out there, and it's still smokey as heck out.. let's all take a breath, be thankful we get delivery and give those carriers a break. In fact, offer a cold bottle of water next time you see them! Peace.

I would like to commend James Darling for seeking out and finding a misdelivered package very special to my wife Jenny. He took time off to investigate why the package did not arrive even though the carrier said it did. Through his research and great heart he discovered the problem and delivered the package to our front door. It is special to have an employee who treats their customers with such respect.

No mail delivery for 5 days now! We have had clear streets for days, the first day storm was gone, mail tracking indicated "out for delivery", it has been that way for multiple packages now for 4 days. Did everyone quit? Why is Lemmon Valley so pitifully understaffed? A drive down to Vassar saw 2 people in line, while 31 people populated the North Valley site.

I checked with the post office and she advised me that my location is one of the first stops so when the mail departs the main office it should be arriving at my location around 12 or 1 daily. Our mail does not arrive to our location until 6 or even sometimes 7 whats going on. Please address that concern .

Why is ok for the postman to still money out of kids birthday cards isn't it felony to tamper with mail. So the mailman should get charged 2 felony counts one for theft and one for tampering with the mail.

I am furious about the Vassar Post Office. I had a three week hold on my mail and it was suppose to be resume delivery with all held mail on April17. I checked the mail on both the 17th and 18th and only had those days mail. I masked up and gloves and waited in a long line on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and involved the supervisor on Wednesday and they do not have my three weeks mail and don't know where it is. I am afraid of identity theft and also do know what mail is missing. This is unacceptable!!!

Might as well spit in the wind dealing with the post office. Their investigation is ask the carrier if they delivered the mail. Of course they say yes. the question is where did they deliver it to. I suggest writing your congress person. see I can get results that way.

Is there some reason why the postman doesn't pick up my mail from my mailbox? At 4:30 p.m., he stopped, got out of his truck, looked inside my mailbox, shut the mailbox lid, and drove off. There were five outgoing pieces of mail in my mailbox. I live on Gibraltar Drive in Southwest Reno. This has happened before. Is there a rule that he has to have mail to deliver to me first? I don't get it. Let me know the rules, please and I will follow them.

The mailman that delivered my mail at center street. Does not delivered the mail on time. Most of the time. My biggest problem is when I get a package through the post office is he will throw the package outside my door then knock and walk off. He does not have the respect or take the responsibility to deliver my packages. This Friday February -1-2020 he threw my package at my door didn't even bother to knock on my door so it sat there most of the night before I found out it was sitting outside my door. He needs to be more respectfully with my packages. He has stuffed packages to big to fix in my mailbox. Something needs to be done.

My address: 2215 Lindley Way, Reno NV 89509. I and neighbors don't get mail until 9:00 p.m. Often in wrong family's mailbox, sometimes dropped into gutter or not delivered at all. Different postal delivery person every time, no regular. Rumor has it that our area is "auxiliary," thus not a standard route, though this is a 1950s neighborhood. Employees contracted, or simply too exhausted by overtime??

Never get the right mail. It's always someone's else's mail including my own. Today they said there was packages left in the parcel and I don't have a key but the other smaller package was delivered into my mailbox. This is a major problem and always consistently bad. I'm scared to have anything important delivered unless it requires a signature. Please have your staff just take those extra few minutes to really look at the numbers because we have the same numbers as the other Street in our neighborhood.

I don't know what is going on, but we have a different mail person every single day. We are having important legal documents lost, sent to other people, or returned undeliverable, when we never even got them in the first place. You try to call and it just rings until you get a busy tone. This is a serious problem that needs to get fixed. It would be nice if there was an actual way to contact the supervisor to complain.

I am currently having my mail forwarded to my new apartment. I have lived there an entire month, and have YET to get any mail. First the lock had to be changed. I picked up the keys last Thursday. Lo and Behold, not ONE of the keys works in my mailbox. I tried several times to get you on the phone, and your robot wouldn't let me through to an agent. I NEED my mail.

At the beginning of our request for a temporary change of address on 12/11 all went great for about 2 weeks. Then my friend told me mail started being deposited in mail box at 1665 Lehigh Dr. Reno, Nv. 89502. I made out a slip requesting that mail be forwarded to 1 Harbourside DR. #1306, Delray Beach, Fl. 33483 on 12/11 until 03/19. Please advise me what to do. I still want mail delivered to 1 Harbourside Dr. #1306 until March 19, 2019. Please help me to resolve this situation. Thank you, Loren Potter

I live at 252 Thoma St.Apt.B, Reno,Nv,89502. For sometime now our mailman has been putting our mail in this neigborhood in the wrong boxes and totally wrong addresses! Last night ,Dec.12th, all of mail was put in another mailbox marked B in another building. Luckily I went and checked the other mailbox or I wouldn't have gotten my package or my bills. I haven't received 3 different packages and I know it's because he delivered them to the wrong address. I have filed a complaint before but I see it hasn't helped. What is going on with the post delivery????? I dont get my mail. important letters dont get delivered or end up at the neighbors. call the postmaster. emailed the postmaster. no answer. emailed local representative. no answer.it seems that there is a different mail person everyday. I have sent video footage of mail delivery personnel tossing my mail on the porch because they did not see the mailbox??? Thanks to informed delivery online I can at least see what I a supposed to be getting and call my vendors to get a copy of the undelivered mail. Tuesday I did not received 8 of the 8 pieces of mail I was supposed to be getting. Today, some very important material ended up at the neighbor. I also received all of the other neighbor's mail. I call Amodei twice with no answer. This has been going on for over 2 years.No one there gives a s**t when you call. Try to call the delivery supervisor: The phone rings and rings. no one never answers!!! that's your tax dollars at work ! Very frustrating.

Trying, trying to contact someone, anyone, at the po to tell them my mail winds up at the neighbors' homes or on the dirt beside my mailbox. not always. sometimes. please, please let me know who I can call, talk to about this problem. I've called every number including one in Las Vegas. On hold right now for 30 minutes with the following message: "Your call is very important to us. Please wait for the next available agent or press zero to leave a message." When calling the Vassar street number it rings 10 times them goes to a rapid busy signal. Two days spend trying to get someone to help. Do I need to learn to live with this problem or is there someone who can help?

I leave in Canyon Pines, Somerset Area, our regular mail person is great, however the female that fills in is terrible. our mail is delivered late (tonight it was 6:15pm) and we always receive the mail for court below us. we have the same house numbers. We don't have a clue where our mail is. This female employee needs to either be retrained on how to read street names or be fired!

I work at a school very near the Vassar St. post office. In 3 weeks, we have had the mail carrier come by twice. I know we have mail that has not been delivered. One bill is due in 3 days, yet I have not received the statement, since the carrier does not stop by. It has been Christmas break, but the office staff is still here working. I have tried calling many times, no answer. I even stopped by with a letter over a week ago, and still no mail. We spend quite a lot of money on postage, mailing report cards, etc. I am very frustrated!

I realize the republiklans are making things difficult for the USPS, but I seems that basic telephone answering service should NOT be something to compromise. Answer the fricking phone!!! NO, the web site does not help; calling the national line brings up an exceptionally annoying and utterly useless and frustratingly annoying automated reponse, until I keep hitting "0" and get in a 20-35 minute que. Seriously?!???!!

I asked the post man how to stop receiving ADs and fliers in my post box, he said I could select that service on your website. I checked it but could not see the choice. Please advise how to do it. It is annoying and wastes my time and resources.

My post man will not get out of his truck if my neighbors park to close to my mailbox I just get skipped that day... wtf!!! Unfortunately I'm in a situation where I need my check and I got skipped today. I know I was SKIPPED BECAUSE MY OUT GOING MAIL IS STILL IN MY BOX employer doesn't offer direct deposit so every other Wednesday Wells Fargo send out cashier checks to the employees they send it out Wednesday and it always gets here by Saturday and every other employee has received theirs already I know there's not a delay because I'm the one that calls in the hours to have the bank cut the checks.... really disappointed and hope you decide to do your job next time there is obstacle I had it in front of you or maybe you should just go work in a call center or try being unemployed.just saying

Nope, skipped. Read the postal regulations regarding keeping a clear path to your mailbox. Route isn't a dismount route so there's no getting out of the mail truck.

We went to Post office to get Passports last week.The week ending 2/28/2015.Monday found out they closed at 3pm, Tuesday arrived at 1:30pm and were told that they were not going to be able to get us because they were backed up. We went back on Saturday and arrived at 9am and waited in line all day. At 2:45pm we were told they would not be able to get us our passports they could only do about 5 more. Now there were approximately 50 people in line behind us and 10 in front of us. We asked and "we" is everyone in line wanted to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor came out and said they closed at 3pm so they could not help everyone. She was asked why they let everyone stand in line this backed up with out communicating that the majority of us would not be helped that day. She stated it was not her department. Now her answer was short and almost condescending so she was asked who can we speak to to register a complaint. "Bill" postal clerk said write your congressmen if you want to complain. Well "Bill" I hope everyone that reads this knows you are an A Hole and maybe you and rest of the staff can get some proper training on how to run a business! The other issue I have is the Passport office is open from 9am to 3 pm. 5 Hours on Saturday, In this 5 hour period the clerk takes a 30 minute lunch break and a 20 minute rest period which is understandable. Don't you as a business of United states think it might be appropriate to have a relief person to help the customers when the clerk takes her break. No that would make to much sense and be good service instead we will closed the station for 50 minutes of the 5 hours we service Passport customers. I for one will never step foot in the Vassar Post office again. Sorry to drag on but maybe a "Congressmen will read this review and comment or at least look into service levels and how your Post Offices are managed.

8:30 pm Monday nite. Where is our mail???? No mail pick up, no mail delivery. I agree with W. Davenport. We used to have great service. We now have lousy service and you are raising the price of stamps?????? Where do you get off????? Hire people that can do a good job, and I won't mind paying the price. Regardless, postal employees get paid too much in retirement.
