I asked the post man how to stop receiving ADs and fliers in my post box, he said I could select that service on your website. I checked it but could not see the choice. Please advise how to do it. It is annoying and wastes my time and resources.
My post man will not get out of his truck if my neighbors park to close to my mailbox I just get skipped that day... wtf!!! Unfortunately I'm in a situation where I need my check and I got skipped today. I know I was SKIPPED BECAUSE MY OUT GOING MAIL IS STILL IN MY BOX employer doesn't offer direct deposit so every other Wednesday Wells Fargo send out cashier checks to the employees they send it out Wednesday and it always gets here by Saturday and every other employee has received theirs already I know there's not a delay because I'm the one that calls in the hours to have the bank cut the checks.... really disappointed and hope you decide to do your job next time there is obstacle I had it in front of you or maybe you should just go work in a call center or try being unemployed.just saying
I have dialed your number (775-788-0729) nine times yesterday and four times already this morning. Every time the phone just rings and rings - nobody answers. Makes me wonder.
I want to talk with a supervisor (Randi) about an unresolved issue we had discussed earlier.
We went to Post office to get Passports last week.The week ending 2/28/2015.Monday found out they closed at 3pm, Tuesday arrived at 1:30pm and were told that they were not going to be able to get us because they were backed up. We went back on Saturday and arrived at 9am and waited in line all day. At 2:45pm we were told they would not be able to get us our passports they could only do about 5 more. Now there were approximately 50 people in line behind us and 10 in front of us. We asked and "we" is everyone in line wanted to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor came out and said they closed at 3pm so they could not help everyone. She was asked why they let everyone stand in line this backed up with out communicating that the majority of us would not be helped that day. She stated it was not her department. Now her answer was short and almost condescending so she was asked who can we speak to to register a complaint. "Bill" postal clerk said write your congressmen if you want to complain. Well "Bill" I hope everyone that reads this knows you are an A Hole and maybe you and rest of the staff can get some proper training on how to run a business! The other issue I have is the Passport office is open from 9am to 3 pm. 5 Hours on Saturday, In this 5 hour period the clerk takes a 30 minute lunch break and a 20 minute rest period which is understandable. Don't you as a business of United states think it might be appropriate to have a relief person to help the customers when the clerk takes her break. No that would make to much sense and be good service instead we will closed the station for 50 minutes of the 5 hours we service Passport customers. I for one will never step foot in the Vassar Post office again. Sorry to drag on but maybe a "Congressmen will read this review and comment or at least look into service levels and how your Post Offices are managed.
I called and they acted like they were gonna help me and never got back to me and left me on hold for 20 mins. I got tired of waiting an hung up. Went to the post office to get things cleared up and they had bad customer service! Worst post office probably in a america
8:30 pm Monday nite. Where is our mail???? No mail pick up, no mail delivery. I agree with W. Davenport. We used to have great service. We now have lousy service and you are raising the price of stamps?????? Where do you get off????? Hire people that can do a good job, and I won't mind paying the price. Regardless, postal employees get paid too much in retirement.
