Nothing has changed in however many years this was last posted on. Phone still rings forever and then goes to a busy signal! The main customer help line is so automated, that you can't speak to a human, ever... and if the idiot delivering the mail didn't scan your package, your tracking info doesn't get updated and you can't get anyone to help because "they dont know", and they don't care. I hope USPS all gets transferred to UPS, at least they have ways of finding lost packages, and scan their updates!! I pay A FORTUNE for my PO box just to have the USPS workers suck at their job and not give a crap. That's great. Good way to spend public money! Hire people who can't read, and don't care to.
the people working at the e. Lake mead office are ignorant , rude and definitely lazy! They will tell you that you don't have any mail if your mail is being sent to general delivery or if you request your mail to be held at that office for a mail hold. They have given my mail to other people that was addressed only to me. I've have had numerous items of mail sent to me to general delivery from government agencies and yet I am told at the above mentioned post office that I have no mail down there. I have had the lost mail re-issued more than once but no one will tell me where its at. 11 unemployment checks mailed to that office and I am told that I don't have anything in my general delivery that I'm registered at. I have had other people contact me telling me that the post office gave them (MY) mail! This shit is craaaaazy!!! They lied to me , they are totally unprofessional, under educated and inconsiderate. And rude!!!! No wonder why they claim i have no mail down there, ( they have given it to other people ( people I don't even know ! ) now I know what they mean by the term... going postal!!! I HAVE TRIED TO CALL OVER 1000 TIMES IN THE PAST 48 HOURS AND ALL IT DOES IS RING AND RING AND RING AND THEN GO INTO A BUSY SIGNAL. LIKE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I START WORK WAY TO EARLY BEFORE THE POST OFFICE OPENS AND I GET OUT OF WORK WAY AFTER THE POST OFFICE CLOSES. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP.

Trying to get deceased sons mail rerouted, since his death. Don't know how, who, to contact and get this done. It's been 5 mos. I am actually her daughter, but all this is not something that she has any idea where to even start. Her name is Nora Migliore, son, James Migliore. Address is on Watercreek Dr. Clark County. why doesn't anyone answer the phone? it must have rang 20-30 times, then goes into a fast busy signal. I have tried all morning to call, and it will be a big inconvenience for me to have to go to the post office as i am disabled.
