Winterwood Post Office- it has been 9+ weeks and I am still waiting on my mailbox lock to be changed and to get a new key as I am a new homeowner. The counter staff, supervisor and manager at this location do nothing. The counter staff said the manager would call me. That was 3 weeks ago. I ask for help and the supervisor or manager of this location is NEVER available!!! I have to wait a minimum of 1 1/2 to 2 hours each time I come and get my mail. This location is in serious need of management change. The lock guy was supposed to be out to do my lock and key 6 weeks ago. NO ONE is helping and again the manager of this location is never available!!!!

Said package was arriving Saturday, and when I went to the mailbox, there was a note on the entire mailbox saying to pick up at post office! I didn’t know why? My mailbox was working, and no trouble with the lock, and they certainly didn’t leave my package or a re delivery slip, in my mailbox, letting me know they even had the package! I had to track it! I I’m bedridden and can’t get out, to go pick up my mail, that’s why we have mailboxes! So people have a spot to pick up their mail on their property, not drive around town, trying to locate lost packages you decide to randomly steal from customers! I want my item to be re delivered immediately!! ! What a bunch of idiots!

Hi, Package #1Z569075YW57549422 was delivered today and you said it was at my front door but no it wasn't, it was out in the bushes in front of my house. My front door is on the side of my house. If the sprinklers would have come on or anyone from the street saw and stole it, it would've been a big problem. Never had a problem with delivery before, was the driver getting lazy? Please remedy this problem so it doesn't happen again to me or anyone else. Thank you.

Absolutely horrible service! I will avoid using USPS at all costs. Their employees do not care about customer service one bit. I ordered a package online and paid full shipping and expected it to be delivered to my mailbox as it was a small package. I got a notice indicating that the package was delivered, but there was nothing. When I looked up the tracking it showed it was sitting at the Post Office marked, "Ready for Pickup". I am unable to go to the post office due to health reasons, which is why I expect what I order online to come to my mailbox. I submitted an online redeliver request and indicated that the package was not even attempted to be delivered to me. However, today I get up from my couch only to see a USPS truck driving away. I look back on my security footage only to see that they went to my door with my package, but DID NOT ring the doorbell OR knock on my door. Mind you, my living room is right next to the front door. The only thing they did was shove a "Sorry we missed you" pink notice through the crack. Who does that? My package is in your hand, yet you decide to attempt to ring the bell or knock, but only to slide a notice in? What tops the cake is that the notice states that I OWE MONEY FOR POSTAGE!!!! BS! I paid the postage. It is not my fault your employees are lazy and don't want to do their job right the first time! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Avoid USPS at all costs. And they wonder why their failing in business. SMH.

I received someone's mail from a completely different street address. I put a note on it and put it in the outgoing mail slot. My concern is, I'm expecting some important documents and also a valuable package. I 'm worried it was delivered to a different address as well.

Terrible service. My package is lost. The mail lady isn’t taking responsibility for it. If you read the reviews it isn’t the first time. STOP STEALING OUR PACKAGES! USPS please do better. Hire better staff with a good attitude. The supervisor has a terrible attitude and she has zero costumer service. We wouldn’t be calling if you people could just do your job correctly. I dread having to deal with this USPS. Please please get new staff! Hire people who want to work. People have good costumer service. Stop taking it out on the costumers. We don’t choose to deal with you or this USPS. We HAVE to deal with you. It’s pretty simple, if you people do your job right we won’t have to “bug” you ladies. Do better! Be better!

Hello: I went to the office with an appointment for the passport. The person who attended me is called Jeremiah. Since I arrived, he was very talkative and laughing with another woman in another Korean language. I think they will, but it is not a problem for me to wait 20 minutes after he finished. talking is fine but when he touched me he changed his face to serious and cutting and he stepped on the documents and told me that the photos of Walgreen for the passport were great that they would return everything that I had to buy there others >> He also told me that my son had to have an identification but in the requirements do not choose it.

I called the winterwood of in las Vegas, NV 89142, 702-431-6018 and 702-431-2539 and they will not answer these numbers. This is not the first time I had this problem. The phone will kept ringing and ringing but no one will answer it. Why do the taxpayers pay for a phone line that no one will answer???

The lobby hours are no longer 24 hours. Evidently, a box patron tripped over a sleeping homeless man a few months ago and they were ordered (for liability reasons) no longer to keep the lobby open 24 hours.

Nice to know that years later they are still up to the same BS! Wait all day for a package that is "Out for Delivery" on the tracking only to have the postman skip delivery! This branch needs severe oversight and new management! The level they provide is below the level of accpetable! Many days when there is supposed to be mail delivery, our neighborhood is skipped entirely! Informed delivery is not available here either, I mean I should have expected that as it would make them accountable!

They did the same thing with me. Postman leaves "Sorry we missed you" slip in my curb side mail box and took the package back with him. The fact is he never got out of his little truck to see if I was home. It didn't require a signature so he could have left it at my door. But no, he was to lazy to get up and out of the truck and took it back to the post office with him. Forget the tracking number, I could not read his chicken scratch writing. The thing is, this happens all the time. I send e-mails to the post office ,but it never changes. I figure it this way, the people who send it pay for it to be delivered to my door, not for me to waste my gas to pick it up, they paid for it to be delivered, period! So when the post office finely delivers it to my house and I am telling the truth, it takes them a month!!! So far this year it has happened twice! Get up off your ass and bring it to my door like your getting paid to do! No wonder they are in the red!

I don't understand why they don't do their job right. They should hire people who can do their job better.1st package. Postman said we weren't home and left a note that our package was in the leasing office. Leasing office said they do not allow packages to stay there. Only to find out that p st man was new.2nd package. We don't even understand the hand writing. I even went to the office and handed the slip to the manager and it took a while for her to understand what it is.3rd package. It says that we need to pay $499. That even caused an argument bet me and my man coz we thought somebody made that purchase. Only to find out its only 4.994th.. I don't know where the package is. Obodys answering the phone at noon. And my out is 5. So how can I get my package. I even went online and r schedule for delivery today.... but where the heck is my package??????
