No star, not even a rank of 1. Priority mail sent and not delivered, due to "insufficient address". "Returned to sender". I'm the sender and it never came back. Attempted every way possible to locate missing mail. Last "tracking" update said: "Delivered to original sender" with date and time, to Las Vegas PO". Called several times but no one would answer. Filed claim for missing mail. It turned up at the recipient's mailbox, a week later. Mail contained a postal money order. Recipient took bus to Post Office to cash and it was closed. The check was for rent. Still no answer on phone. Bad business, bad form, horrible service.

Maya allowed Post Office window to close before 5.20p on 2/17/18, instead of at the published hour of closing: 5.30p, so that floors could be mopped? This is absolutely unacceptable. It is a Saturday in a holiday weekend, and she has the office closing early? Never should this happen, nevermind a holiday weekend. Never.
