I have been trying to get copies of birth certificate to Hawthorne for 4 months. three requests have been sent out and reached 3rd party carrier. Virginia sent one one Aug 10th never got here. sent another on Oct 7th., never got here. Here as in my PO box.Tfhis is confidential PII that you are losing., Now I'm mad. sent an inquiry to Post master General with complaint. It took a registered letter 14 days to get to destination from Hawthorne Nev to Denver Co. Why. investigation is coming..

We have been sending mail to Hawthorne NV for 30+ years. I sent a box to mom for mothers day, but it only had a physical address on it. So now I am being told that package will be returned due to insufficient address not having a box number. So why can't the post office look up the address and put a note in the box. And why do you have to have special instructions for mailings. You should have a warning notice place on the zip code.

There is a man at this post office who is the most obnoxious person on earth. He thrives on drama. To report this man to customer service call: 1-800-275-8777. I'm sure anyone in Hawthorne who has a problem already knows his name. Report his rudeness to customer service, don't let him get away with it.
