The Tijeras post office ROCKS!!! They are always friendly, professional, they actually answer the phone and if I have a concern they address it directly.

On 12/13/17 I mailed a check to Chase Bank which never made it there. On 1/27/18 I mailed a check to pnm which never made it there. On 2/17/18 I mailed a check to Chase Bank which never made it there. Never in my life have I mailed checks out and not had them make it to their destination. It is my belief that something funny is going on at the Tijeras location and I wonder if others are having the same problem. I believe someone needs to investigate what is going on at this location.

I love my Tijeras Post office; However, this past week I happen to stop by at 4:15 and saw one of employees already picking up the mail from the box outside the office, when the last pick-up is supposed to be at 4:45. I went inside, just to make sure my mail got out that day.
