A package from JJILL was die to arrive Wednesday July 12. It has still not arrived as of Friday July 14. It looks like UPS had USPS deliver the package? But it hasn’t arrived. I know it had the correct address on it because JJILL has this summer address on file and I’ve received packages from them here before multiple times. Please have my package tedekuverrd! Thank you, Becky Doens

Since relocating to New Mexico over two decades ago we have enjoyed excellent service from US Post Offices in this state. We have especially good experiences dealing with postal workers in the Taos area, many of whom we consider good friends. Our experiences with Fedex and UPS deliveries have been far worse than deliveries to our PO Box at the Taos Post Office. I never have many problems at any of the post offices in the Taos area. Thanks to all postal workers in the Taos area for your high quality service.

end of June 2022 had a hold on my mail with “instructions to deliver” at the end of the hold NO DELIVERY Enchantment carrier annex inexplicably closed during listed open hours same the following day no phones answered A private business could never survive with this kind of “highly paid” but low skill ??service?? We Deliver For You …what a joke

I went to the post office the last 3 days and it was closed at regular hours. with a sign in the door saying, we are closed Saturday and Sunday with no explanation. also I was there Monday afternoon and was locked. we are receiving other peoples mail and ours arrives very late. what is the problem over there? we can not get our mail on time, also we can not pick it up on time. I wish I could have an answer.

The location on Bertha is the absolute WORST. They close early constantly and they never answer the phone. I have a hard time leaving work to pick up my packages and this nonsense doesn’t make it better

I experienced terrible service from two employees at this post office. I went to re-new a PO box for a non profit that I volunteer for. It had been paid for online, but due to a glitch with the web site the payment was not properly credited and the box got closed unbeknownst to me until several weeks had passed. One of the male workers was nasty, flippant, accused me of lying until I showed him the payment confirmation. Told me to come back later when the Post Mistress would be there, but refused to say when she'd be there. Said snarky things that were completely unprofessional and unnecessary. But Beverly, who I worked with later, was even worse. More inappropriate and unnecessary comments, personal attacks, and a horrible attitude. I am a business owner, and if I observed an employee acting like she did, I would fire them on the spot. If we did not have that address established for our nonprofit's mail, I would stop the box subscription. It's paid for the next year, but I will be taking steps to change our address to one of the board member's home address to avoid ever having to deal with these horrible people again.

I’ve had my packages sent to neighbors about five times in the last year, two dvds from Netflix arrived cracked on two different occasions, and my magazines and toddler’s books even hardcovers crammed in a small postal box to the point that they were bent beyond repair. Some of the postal workers are kind and hard workers. One even gives my dogs treats. Unfortunately others don’t pay attention or care and I don’t know if they’re drunk or stoned but they should be filtered out now.

This past year I have consistently received the mail of other neighbors, including packages and magazines. By the same token, I have been missing mail including packages of purchases and magazines, checks... This has been reported over and over again. This past week I received someone else's packages and my purchases, tracking delivery showing May 9th are still missing. A year of this kind of service is disgraceful.

Me too Juanita, I get the wrong packages and have mine sent to the wrong houses regularly.
