I am done with AMAZON, always got to go order. AMAZON floods this post office so they can get out of delivery. Not to say that the carrier trys hard to delivery later when the so called box is full. Anyway i deleted my AMAZON BYE. GO WALMART.

This is the absolute worst post office. The people that work in here are nasty and they are disrespectful to anyone that has any type of complaint. Our mail lady doesn’t even start her route until almost 11 o’clock in the morning therefore she doesn’t deliver our mail until almost 5 o’clock in the evening and then she doesn’t deliver almost all of our packages because she doesn’t want to. I talk to the postmaster because we didn’t get our mail for a couple days and we were informed that our mail lady was just too tired to finish her route and it was dark outside. Maybe if you started your route at a decent hour like most male people you wouldn’t be finishing your route in the dark. Not only that but if we live 0.5 miles from receptacle receptacle you by law have to give that person their mail and drop their packages off. it is illegal and it is a federal offense to not deliver someone’s mail because you’re too lazy to do your job. I will be filing a complaint against our mail lady the post office and the postmaster for their negligence.

Hit and miss on package and mail delivery. Every week we receive mail that is not ours. Letters I put in the out bound slot. Packages I deliver to the correct home. I have complained several times over the last 3 years to no resolution. Today, and once before, our Amazon pill pack was lost. Amazon said was delivered 10/22. We were about out of Rx s for my wifes heart meds and several other Rxs They had it at the Post Office but never left any notifications either time. Larry is the contract delivery person for our rural delivery. He needs to be replaced. The management there just blows me off and defends him as a nice guy. Just close this station and redirect coverage for my area to the Cedar Crest office. Sincerely, Steve Upah
