Postal Locations

I called today to ask about a letter that I mailed to a patron in Milian. I had previously mailed the letter to a street address, it was returned due to there are no street addresses there. Okay so I blacked out all the Barco design and stuff on the envelope and put ANOTHER stamp on it and remained it.. I mail twould pieces of mail to that address..and just what u might think. They received one..so I ask what to do.. or how we could find it. She was frank with her answer, "it's just a letter" there is no way to find it. You have you To wait! Okay so I told her there was a ck in there. She said cancel it..okay so that is 25.00 and remain it. That wI'll be extra also.. so with that bring said, I feel she was insensitive and callas with her remarks. I feel this is the reason th e postal service is on the decline. I will end up spending nearly 35 plus dollars ..to get a letter to this patron.. All I can say is you wonder why.. the postal service is struggling.
