Postal Locations

The English lady admitted to NOT looking at addresses because she knows the names of people and knows where they belong... So she then admitted to giving 3 of my mothers packages to a randon woman who was not my mother. We then asked why an id wasnt asked for and to see the security footage of the day the packages were picked up. She had ZERO answers. Then told us to call mora because Cindy is to BLAME! So we hung up and called mora post office. About ten minutes pass and The english woman calls my mom back to tell my mom she had given HER the packages because a "woman" had come in and picked them up! My mom said that is was NOT her and the english woman so professional called my mom INSANE AND HUNG UP ON HER!!! We are just trying to find out what woman picked up my moms packages from the English woman. She literally failed at her job!!!! Told my mom that they talked for hours! Wrong woman!!!! Where are my moms packages and who did that rude english woman give them to! Self admittedly gave them to someone else!!! This is mail fraud and we deserve answers!!! Not a run around and hung up on for pursuing packages payed for. Mail fraud!!!!
