Postal Locations

Over the last 2 months, there have been 4 items not delivered to my address, one of them a property tax bill. USPS has become a joke! They want to raise the price of postage stamps and most of their services, but they have devolved into a complete mess.

It seems that my mail delivery persons are smoking and tossing multiple butts in my yard most days. Is this standard practice? My neighbors say that all the butts are not theirs or their visitors butts. I’m talking a handful every week well inside my front yard.

Waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive today and looked at my tracking and it said “delivery attempted at 4:45 but failed” and I thought it was weird cause I was home and I went to look at my cameras to see if I somehow didn’t hear a knock and saw the post office van drive right by my house. That doesn’t seem like an “attempt” to me….

Hello number 2 here just wounering about the post box key and if i had any other mail

Terrible service. or I should say lack of service. Never answer the phone, just rings and rings for about 4 minutes then changes to busy signal. Over and over again. How in the world is a person expected to report that there is a problem with their lock on their box. Unable to open lock and should not require a trip to the PO to report the problem.

My normal Carrier is awesome, when he is not delivering, it gets all messed up! 3 times, in 2 months I’ve gotten my neighbors mail instead, what have I been missing!…

Lost yet another package. It states that it was left on my parcel box AT 1:08pm, not the case! I look at my cameras and he stopped to place mail at 1:08pm however my package was NOT left on mine! Keys were not left on my parcel box. 3 weeks ago a lady from other street came to deliver my package left at her address by you guys, now not sure if my neighbors are not honest enough or it was left in another street parcel box. My package is worth $64 and you just gave it away to someone else???!!

If a key to a parcel box is bent, that might indicate customers have trouble opening the box. Like parcel box E on Winter Park, Farmington, NM. I don’t feel like breaking my fingers trying to turn the key so need to request my package be moved to a box I can actually open….. are these boxes given any maintenance at all?

I have reported this issue and still having the same outcome. The Mail female who delivers my mail and packages CONTINUOUSLY puts MY PACKAGES in someone else’s mail box, (or stealing them)! It says delivered but I’m not getting some of them! I do get OTHER persons packages in my parcel box! I get others mail too! She is careless and it’s causing issues with Amazon and others because I have to keep telling them I’m not getting my orders! SHE needs to find another profession, clearly she’s incompetent!

Can you please let the postal workers who delivers mail to these apartment address: 2614 E 20th St. Farmington NM, to deliver our mail in the right boxes! Because 4 times in a month I have received my mail open by other tenants. Especially when it was a check! I know you’re in hurry to meet your deadline times. But we need accuracy. Reverse discrimination does not belong in a federal agency. Federal jobs are open to anyone in the country who qualifies. Please make sure the main Farmington post office is not deliberately hiring "brown" or non-white. Also watch for religious networks of all races hiring their own. Some whites in the area are affiliated with the tribes. The Navajo Tribe, as the largest tribe in the area, has most of the hiring offenders but there are often mixes of various kinds with skin color alone not the only way to figure out what is going on in the hiring discrimination. Some of the Navajos and Hispanics, when pushed, will then hire anything but a full blown Anglo-Saxon Caucasian white, going yet again for some other racial mix(ie, black or Asian) that leans toward "brown." Pay attention to the postal hiring managers. In addition to hiring discrimination, personal and national security are of concern in terms of exactly who is handling our mail. Blatant hiring discrimination are signs of that there are likely additional problems not directly visible to the public, in the back rooms and mail delivery trucks. Of primary concern here are the front counter public servicing positions; currently there seem to be at least a few whites among the carriers. Tribal and Hispanics are hiring "brown" and this does not belong in a federal post office where the jobs are open to anyone. This type of racial discrimination stems from historical issue in the area and country in which Navajos, Hispanics and other non-white people feel they or their ancestors experienced discrimination, so now they want to be in power and in charge, and don't want to hire whites who might interfere with that. The problem here is they have not learned from the lessons of history: any discrimination taken too far is ugly and potentially dangerous. What these Navajos and Hispanic postal people need to realize is that many whites spend their hard gotten money at the post office and deserve representation there. And they have been doing that for decades. Like everyone else, they pay ever-increasing prices for stamps, packages and more. They are being given the impression it is natural to hand over those hard gotten dollars over to only Navajos and Hispanic mixes at the post office. They are being given the impression that this is all they can expect to be working at the post office, because people have started to think of Farmington as tribal. Well, Farmington is not only tribal or Hispanic. There are still large numbers of whites here. They have local post boxes where they get their mail and as such need to know their mail is safe in the hands of networked racial groups with discriminatory anti-white hiring practices. The whites don't deserve this. Many whites have children and grandchildren in the area, several have long-term roots, with ancestors who go back to pioneer days or early oil and gas boom town days. Many have personal or family military experience, with loss of blood, limb or life somewhere overseas. Many have suffered in life like any human. They absolutely deserve to be fairly represented in their local post office. The blatant discrimination in hiring only "brown" needs to stop at the Farmington Main Post Office on 20th.

They put my mail in the wrong box. Tried to call all day waist of time. went to office got the supervisor , instant attitude. He would not let me talk and tried to convince me it was my fault. After he came to my mailbox to fix HIS MISSTAKE He told me he should have called 911 on me., I never raised my voice or threatened him in any way.

My mother sent me a box by mail and it got here Saturday May 26 2018 and i never got anything at my address i have been having problems with the postman he has left my key in another persons mail box and they have giving it to me now not everyone is like that and when he dause he leave a package he dause not knock on the door theres been a lot of times when im ready to go out the package is in front of my door my address is 502 glade pl Farmington 87401 now i have tryed to call the post office concerning the package thats was supposed to be here on the 26 of may 2018 and they are giving me tbe run around so as i could see no one knows wheres the package i would appreciate if this be taking care of ASP this is getting to be horrible

Someone named Raye, has been telling our Security Staff know that we are past due on a bill. She states that all mail will be held and we cannot pick it up until the bill is paid. But no invoice has been submitted to accounts payable and every time a call to the Post Office is made the line is busy and many messages including text have been sent to Raye. No one has returned our calls or even acknowledged that we are trying to resolve this matter. Send an invoice to and we will get it paid. My mail carrier made no attempt to come to my door before leaving a “sorry we missed you” paper for a certified mail letter paper with USPS [number removed]1. I was home all day and saw a postal vehicle at my box but no one rang my doorbell or I would have answered it. I have dogs who bark if someone comes to my door & rings the bell. No dog noise either. Last time I got a certified letter I saw your carrier put it a form in my mail box &chased him around the neighborhood before getting my mail &giving back the form. That carrier also made no attempt to come to the door before putting the form in the box! I will go get the mail tomorrow & complain at the post office also.

The phone is NEVER answered despite leaving me a message asking for a return call! Calls yields nothing but a busy signal. FRUSTRATING!

Not happy with my mail service lately. We use to get our mail in the morning but now we never know for sure when to expect it. Most of the time it is in the late afternoons like almost 5pm. Like I am expecting a package from Pet Meds mailed the box priority was to be here by September 30 and it never showed up and still has not come today and it is 4:54pm. It contains my dogs seizure medication and I have run out so called the vet but it is almost their closing time. WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR MAIL SYSTEM.

Farmington NM and La Plata NM Post offices are the worst in the Nation - I have shipped from a lot of locations in Philly and Virginia Beach and have had no problems. The carriers are rude and ignorant acting. I guess they do not realize that the $1000's I spend every year shipping for my online shop pays their pay checks! I am almost ready to deal with UPS. I am sure they would appreciate the business!

I have had outgoing mail on several occasions that is not picked up.Why are this people paid anyway? They shirk their duties all the time. I have called many many times and the phone is always busy you try it 505 324 3055. I call in 2 minute intervals and it stays busy. Guess taking it off the hook solves the problem of nobody getting yelled at. Get someone in there that actually wants to work.

Hello My postal lady is friendly, polite, helpful, and beyond anything else professional to the max! I see her everywhere go and cannot believe the area she HAS ...HAS to cover ...for a minute i thought it was the mad hatter rabbitt delivering my mail.....I’m late ...I’m late for a very important date....no time to say hello goodbye I'm late m late I'm late...i almost have to grabbed her ankle to slow that lady down....but deliver my mail she does ...to the door...you see I am a disabled American Veteran of the United States of America. And she respects me enough to come to my door and pick up what i lay in the dirt trying to get to my mailbox after falling from my chair. So leave her alone !. Or come pick me up out of the dirt. one or the other.

I have had outgoing mail in my mailbox for the past two day's and it hasn't been picked up , wish I could charge you the late fees that I will get from these companies , but with the way government is it doesn't surprise me at all , now we receive phone calls because our payments are late .

I picked up my mail today and this was one of the letters that I received. I wish I could send the picture of the letter that is ripped in half, didn't get the other half.

Constantly GETTING OTHER PEOPLE'S MAIL!!!! Your "Place mail here that is not your" mailbox is constantly FULL!!! This is a HUGE PROBLEM!!! IT happens ALL THE TIME!!! And obviously not just to me! THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED - no pun intended (ok, well kinda).

Why is your phone busy??? What is going on?? It says what I was expecting was delivered on Saturday, and there's NOTHING. I'm getting pretty pissed right now, considering that I actually got through to someone but they put me on hold for 10 freakin minutes!! Then when I tried calling back it would just go to voicemail. Now your Damn phone is busy. This will be my first and last time doing business with you.

why is the phone number busy? And why does the 1-800 number not have the option to talk to a customer service rep? My package say's it was delivered, and clearly it has not been. Why cant I talk to someone about this?

I just watched the mail carrier bypass my house and leave a note that they needed a signature conformation. I was right outside watching! What a bunch of bullshit!!!! They have delivered things to me personally plenty of times. Why was this different?

My daughter said she mailed a phone I left while visiting and some Christmas gifts for her friends from this post office just before Christmas. Was there any other problems reported around this time?

I opened a PO box in Farmington because I did not have housing yet during a relocation. After opening the Box I promptly had a friend send certian important items that i had forwarded to her house until I had a box set up. The lady who opened the box neglected to tell me that the person who is responsible for PO boxes only opens/activates them once a week. Subsequently my mail arrived with no box opened and my important mail was sent somewhere, no one can tell me where. Wasn't returned to sender, they would have recieved it by now and it's not at the post office. You'll be happy to know though that the previous box owner is getting his mail atnthat box again..

To Whom it May Concern,We live on county road 5795 in Farmington, NM. We have been having trouble getting our mail when neighbors haven't. They have been getting our mail for the past three years, even after the mails boxes were rearranged about six months ago. It is hard to pay bills when our mail is not being put in the correct box. Its funny that this can happen when there are two people putting mail into the boxes. We would like to have this problem resolved immediately so we do not have to pay overdue charges on bills we do not receive.Patiently Waiting Disgruntled Customer
