I had my mail held with instructions that customer would pick up mail. I got home 5 days after the end date and my mail was sitting on my porch soaking wet. Apparently the mail had been on my porch for 5 days. I’m lucky that nobody stole my mail. It had a $1200 check in it.

The condition of the San Antonio location is so filthy inside and outside. I have called that location and spoke to someone, but they don't seem to care. The counter in the lobby is gross along with the entire facility. This has been that way for years....can any thing be done????

Won't answer the phone. Gives wrong information about passports. They said there is no way possible for a Mexican to get his kids a passport. That is a lie. First he needs to get his own passport then he can apply for his American kids passports.

This company is such a massive discrimination company I was getting my job done and getting the mail out on time and I was wrongfully terminated and discriminated against.

I ordered a product online and when trying to put in my new address it wouldn't give me a place to enter it. So my package went to Las Vegas, NM then returned to ABQ. Could you please find the package that was sent to: Theodore Green, 409 S. Pacific ST, Las Vegas, NM; and re-route it to the correct address which is: Theodore Green, 729 Pabst ST, Ironwood, MI, 49938. Thank you

My PKG was received at the ABQ USPS location on 1-4-22 but as of 1-10, it's still in ABQ & has not been delivered/forwarded to the Edgewood P.O. Nobody picks up the local 505 phone number listed & the 800# is of no value in trying to have this issue addressed. This is exceedingly frustrating & unacceptable.

Package tracked to Albuquerque distribution center on Dec 27th, no updates as of Jan 13th. Filed a trace. Nothing. Nobody answers the phones at the distribution center. What are we supposed to do?

I booked airline tickets to Europe leaving in a month and discovered I needed to renew my passport before the trip b/c it was expiring less than 6 months of the travel date (needed for Schengen countries). I chose this post office b/c of location and it's office hours. I went on Monday morning and the woman at the window was awesome! She was friendly, helpful and so quick! She served the 4 people ahead of me with a smile. I didn't catch her name but she was great and I would recommend this location if you ever needed a passport in a pinch. She really reassured this nervous customer by making the process so much easier!

Phone rang 300 times. No answer or answering machine. Hung up as I didn't want to wear out the ringer. Excellent customer service!
