For the past few months our mail.services are becoming increasingly worse. I have lost several veey important documents that I did confirm were mailed out to me. I also got mail in my mail box that belonged to my neighbors that were a few doors down. That is not the worst of it they were checks for thousands of dollars that were not sealed. I have since lost my health insurance and so have my small five year old son n my husband because I never received my renewal papers and again I did confirm were.mailed out and I now have to stand infront of my mail box because the mail carriers find it easier to just put everyone's mail into one mail box n leave it to us to distribute it as we see fit. I also witnessed when a.neighbor came to the mail carrier and gave him my check that he accidentally placed into my neighbors box wgich was a few.doors down. I can go on n on with all we have been experiencing and one gentleman that I spoke with when I called to complain. Spoke rudely and down to me as if I were exaggerating or making this all up. Really? I have a life you are just ruining it with the poor quality of service I am receiving from what I thought was aa very serious occupation....smh very disapointed

Ever since our regular mail carrier retired a few months ago, service here in the Almon Ave area has been terrible. Lost mail, mis-delivered mail, VERY late delivery. You need to be aware of the situation.
