The delivery is not acceptable. Yesterday, I was leaving my neighbor’s house and witnessed the carrier get out of his truck, stand on the sidewalk and toss my package next to my driveway on my next door neighbor’s property. USPS tracking showed he delivered I in/by mailbox.

Ever wonder why items delivered by the Post Office may be damaged? Some carriers just throw the box onto your front lawn to be picked up when they deliver the rest of the mail. This (4/28/2022) is not the first time this has been witnessed as a result of the same letter carrier. This review format will not allow a photo to be added to prove the occurrence.

If I could give zero stars I would! The service at this post office is terrible. I'm a mother, wife, figure skating coach and school teacher so Ive got a full schedule during the day. Anyway I had my 7 yr old daughter with me to drop off a few Amazon returns at this post office. I had my return labels printed but didn't have any shipping bags, but thought I'd pick some up at the post office. I got there at 4:38 no one was at the front so we waited and kept ringing the bell. An elderly lady with a walker was trying to get into the post office doors and was having trouble so my daughter and I helped her in, all the while still waiting for someone to come to the front. At 4:52 Finally an employee old guy tall with silver hair comes to the front so I let the elderly go first. By the time he got to me it was 4:54 so the guy says to me "you come in here 10 minutes before closing and don't have anything ready in bags?" My first reaction was "are you being serious right now?" He rolls his eyes shakes his head looks at me and says you don't even have the shipping label cut yet? I said do you have scissors it'll take me 3 seconds! He said I don't have scissors! I said this is a post office you have to have a pair of scissors somewhere in the building yet I look over and there's a pair of scissors right next to him so I said again I'll be happy to cut these labels can you hand me the scissors or can I just fold the label so the shipping details part just shows? Again he rolls his eyes and sighs, my blood is boiling at this point!. I get my stuff in shipping bags and then the post office guy goes well you still don't have the labels on and it's 4:59. If you don't have the labels cut by 5 sharp you need to leave cuz we are closed even tho I got there at 4:38! I finally told the guy to go f***k himself for being so rude. I took my things out of the shipping bags so upset, I grabbed my return label and just left with my return items and went to the UPS store that's 0.7 miles away. What a difference, the guy at the UPS store was so nice helped me get my things in shipping bags and return labels cut. Whole thing was handled in less then 3 minutes I was out of there! If you have Amazon returns don't go to this US Post office in Westwood the customer service there is horrible, insulting and not helpful what so ever, especially between 4:30-5pm. You will be treated as an inconvenience!
