Beware. A thief works at the Westfield post office. Someone there stole my nephew’s bus card package which required ID and tracking number. When he went to get it He was told it was already picked up. Going to police to report theft.

I am totally dissaywith the Westfield,NJ postmaster for messing up all of the letter carrier mail routes. We had a reliable, curtious, dependable and friendly letter carrier for the past several years. It seems as though worthier the postmaster or someone else had the b th ugh t idea to change all of this. Now we get our mail late in the day or even the evening, we have no idea of what and when things will be delivered. Please respond to us and bring back Thomas. our letter carrier. Respectfully. Alan Partelow 206 Harrison Ave Westfield.

I have been wondering how often mail is delivered in Westfield. I usually get a fair amount of mail, but lately there are some weeks where 3 days might go by with no mail. Has there been a change in deliveries? Thank you.

This branch is VERY racist and sexist. I have family and friends that work there and have been harassed to do things that their post master wants them to do when its NOT BY THE BOOKS. This place is horrible the people are horrible and need to be shut down.

My mailman does not pick up the mail left in my personal mailbox for delivery. He has left even bills to be mailed and just piles the days mail on top of the mail to be picked up. He delivered our neighbor's mail to my house. I left it in the mailbox with a polite note clipped to it, saying it was the wrong address. After two days of ignoring it, I brought it there myself. Aren't mailmen by law supposed to pickup mail in your box that is stamped and addressed??

I am writing with concerns for the outside appearance and upkeep of our Westfield Post Office. The fenced in area on the left side (facing building) has had the same trash in place for months (long before snow and now after snow). The outdoor steps area along Lennox Avenue side (access to basement ) has been filled with TRASH and debris for YEARS and is very unsightly and prossibly a health hazzard. These are the most appalling considerations but certainly not all. The entire outside area looks shabby and unkempt. I am most anxious for a reply concerning these issues, which are unacceptable in a town such as Westfield. Is there a maintenance crew? What is the schedule for such maintenance? (certainly not often enough) Has anyone ever gone down the outside steps? Is there a maintenance crew for this building? If so, what is their schedule for addressing cleanup? I will appreciate a timely response for this email from Mr. Frank A. Pace, Post Master, of this Westfield branch. Thank you. Judi Thompson, Westfield, NJ

My mailman is so annoying. I have asked him MULTIPLE times not to park where he does, and NOT TO WALK ACROSS MY FRONT YARD! I have a double driveway, he can walk up it to the front steps and deliver the mail. He walks across my front yard, and then across my side yard to my neighbor. He is rude and disrespectful of my requests. Next step is a letter to Postmaster. He should at the very least be reprimanded and docked in pay for his attitude!!

This branch is horrible. Women behind the counter are rude and can not communicate with customers in a professional manner while the managers hide in the back and do nothing to assist customers who could very easily take their business elsewhere.

Westfield doesn't deliver mail in bad weather. Makes you wonder about residents who are expecting their medicine to be delivered in the mail...
