Specifically addressed to USPS Employee D. Chang, I had to call this location on several occasions. This employee answered the line each time, without identifying his name, I had to ask x 2 for it -, has an attitude, rude, lacks customer service skills. It provides a very unpleasant experience towards this site.

Our mail wasn’t delivered for 4 days Amazon sent my order by USPS and it is in their location since April 6. The order status stated that we requested this order collection, however it’s not true. We are really disappointed and I will find the way to open a complaint.

I have mailed TWICE a letter to this address- The Coliseum, 333 Preston Ave, Voorhees, NJ 08043 Each time it has been returned as undeliverable. I have been to the physical location Parker Art & Restoration Studio of the same address. Why is it not being delivered? The first letter was mailed on July 24. returned and second on July 7 has not received. as of today July 17. mailed from Atco, NJ

neighbors did not receive the township calendars this year. Why? if I put mail out on Sat. Twice recently new mail was thrown in the box on top of mail to go out rather than take it. I called the PO last week with a question regarding income tax year end statements. I was told the person would check with the carrier and call me right back. I’m still waiting. I’m also one of the folks who go to Gibbsboro when I need services of the agent. They are always very pleasant.

I was very annoyed to see that first class stamps now come as single flimsy strips, rather than the strips of 10 they formerly did. The new dispensed stamps are a very dumb idea ! Maybe I was being punished for using the Voorhees Post Office where they are always rude and uncaring. The Cherry Hill employees are 1000% better !!!

I heartily agree with the below comments. We get mis-delivered mail on an all too regular basis. Mail typically arrives around 5 PM, sometimes later. The Voorhees post office itself is a model of inefficiency. I try to avoid it by using the Gibbsboro PO whenever I can. Much less frustration that way. I am thinking that there was no mail delivery yesterday (Thursday) due to snow? Or was it an odd coincidence that we had no mail?

It is definitively very wrong. Why have a telephone number to call when never answering the phone? I assume it is for the employee and not the consumers! This has t be changed!!

Very concerned about mail being delivered to wrong address and receiving other people's mail. Still unable to leave a message as mail box is full and of course no one answered the phone to my multiple calls.

The Voorhees Post Office is absolutely the worst postal service I have ever experienced. We have lived in six different zip codes over the last 40 years, and this is definitely the most inefficient location ever. We receive other resident's mail (different address), have had our mail delivered ripped open, and screwed up mail holds while on vacation - TWICE! When you try to contact the post office, no one answers, mailboxes full and no call backs. They just don't care - I guess that's what service you get when your job is guaranteed no matter how bad you perform.

Whenever we request our mail to be held and delivered on a certain date, never fails, IT IS NEVER DELIVERED, and no one ever answers the phone. This is the worst customer service!
