Not HAPPY. My order was due to come in by USPS. It came up delivered on my phone and I went out to get my package at the mailbox not even 5 minutes later. NO PACKAGE! Trying to get a hold of someone at this center is impossible. I call (856) 507-0032 6 times No answer.

Put in a change of address 2/1. Got confirmation 2/9. To date we have not received any mail. We mailed 4 different envelopes as a test and none have been forwarded. Now all mail at the address has stopped completely. I went in person 3/7 because I could not get anyone to answer the phone (it rings for about 4 minutes and disconnects) - I tried multiple times at different times of the day. That still has not fixed the problem. Please email me at the above email and give me a good number to call that someone will answer.

I have been trying for days to speak to someone at this office. They either have the phone off the hook, hang up when it rings at the operator. Plus they don’t honor change of address orders…Ty at have been paid for. Did a change of address, paid the fee and only a few items are mailed to new address. Important things, like W-2, tax, mortgage bill, auto insurance bill and other things were found in the box when a friend checked. All I’m trying to do is correct a mistake you are making and it doesn’t seem like you care what paying customers want.

The postal service in our area, is beyond delayed. It is absolutely horrible. Today on a Monday when I usually get the most mail during the week here at work - I literally got 1 piece of junk mail. Now you know the postman who always delivers to our office has to remember that we get more then that on any given day & to recheck his batches!!!! And a fill in postman should also know that only 1 piece for a business is absurd!!!! People do your job, use your brains for heaven sake - THINK don't just do the minimum like the rest of the world taking a 2 year COVID break. This country is a MESS. Doesn't look like anyone ever monitors this site either based on the non-response to the others who have posted here. Yet now we have to pay more per stamp !!! UNBELIEVABLE

I am a USPS customer. I do quite a bit of shipping. We have no permanent mail carrier. Our mail is always being delivered to another neighbor, making us deliver their mail. We had a regular mail carrier until recently. Danny was amazing, pickup was amazing. Now for an example I have had packages sitting by mail box since early morning, due to the fact you never know when the mail might come . It is now 4:15. And they still sit there. This is a total inconvenience, I cannot leave my house for fear packages will be stolen. Seems to me with the sky high prices my customers pay to you to have something shipped out , I could at least have a carrier that comes everyday at a regular time. Do they get to their trucks, and do e-knee-me-knee which truck should I take today?

I've been waiting for a package since the 14th of this month. Then they said it would be delivered on the 21st by 8 PM. At 5:45 I checked and no mail or package. I checked online and it said an attempt was made but could not deliver package at 5:33 PM. I was home and there was no attempt to deliver anything to my home. I was outside in my driveway when the so called delivery was attempted and my wife was in the house. There is easy access to my mailbox and no obstruction in the driveway. Where is my package?

Got my package the next day, late, but no mail. I was told that due to changes by the Post Master General that they were cutting back their hours. I guess that's what's causing some of the delays.

6-29-20 Vineland Post Office Postmaster, I attempted to leave my feedback at the P.O. 1-800-410-7420, "Your Opinion Counts." The system is not working properly. So I thought I should leave good feedback for Vineland Clerk (22), Stephanie, at the main Vineland P.O. facility at 722 E. Landis Ave. On the above date at 9:59 AM, Stephanie has professional, courteous and friendly. Under these stressful times with the virus, she treated me and everyone ahead of me, exactly the same. She is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, not all Post Office clerks have that same personality. Most people do not complete surveys. I do. Especially when the clerk, whoever it is, goes out of her/his way to make your postal experience a good one. I hope Stephanie gets some credit for giving 100%. I think her supervisor should know what a valued employee she is. She is not a relative, etc..Thank you for your time and there is no need to send me an email. Thanks for your time. Sincerely, Michael S. Smith

I had the same issue as CT Metzger had. No access to delivery location which is complete bull. The Mail box is right on the east side of the house next to the driveway. Been in the same place for years. They claim that they attempt delivery st 6:40 pm Dec. 7th and they would deliver next business day. It had been 48 hours.I went to tbe post office today in vineland/ Landis Ave they had nothing. Gave me the Delivery supervisors number. 856 507 0032, and they kept me waiting on the phone then they said they'dcall me back. No phone call. I want my package. Here is my tracking # 9400110898822040628899

Package scheduled for delivery today...but didn't show. I track the package online I get an alert that "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location" with more details explaining that "We attempted to deliver your package at 5:02 pm on May 17, 2018 in VINELAND, NJ 08361 but could not access the delivery location..." Funny thing, that. I was sitting in the living room and watched the mail truck drive past my house and a few minutes later, drive past again. So, how was there no access? Then driveway was wide open, there was space in front of the mail box if he wanted to stuff the book in there as he often does. It sounds like the mail delivery person just didn’t want to take the time to deliver. Thanks USPS. Not to mention we get at least one piece of mail from one of our neighbors in out box per week. This is a disgrace. This is why I prefer UPS.

Great new mailman we have. Last week asked a question he got snotty with me. This week put in for a hold mail what's he do pushes towel out of box fills it with trash mail on 9/13. Then after just getting home a package I am waiting for, tracking says notice was left, bullshit. Seems to me you need a new mail carrier, and better yet an honest one.
