My brother - young adult went to this post office to change his mailing address after our estranged father decided to have his mail forwarded to him after the passing of our mom; the older gentleman with a beard was absolutely nasty and disgusting to my brother and told him “that’s not how this works pal.” ITS MY BROTHERS MAIL. I will be filing a complaint on this man and also the manager who was also rude and not helpful. Isn’t it a federal offense to with hold someone’s mail and tell them they can’t change their address??

I mailed four 10x12" envelopes on April 6. Delivery date to Rockaway, Stanhope & Maywood, NJ on 3 of the 4 envelopes was to be 2 days. To date, 4/14, they have not been delivered. The most resent tracking update said: April 13, 2020, 9:42 am Arrived at USPS Regional Facility MEMPHIS TN NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER What?!! Why are these items going from NJ to TN to be delivered back to NJ? The items in these packages contained Easter cards for my children and granddchildren, but more importantly, face masks I made for them and my niece, who is a nurse. I could have hand-delivered within an hour! I understand a slow down due to COVID-19 and decreased staff, but that delivery process makes no sense at all. So disappointed. : (

Postmaster at this location is AWFUL. Arrogant, uncaring and nasty. He works as a Federal Employee, for US. Get him out of there!!!!!

Postmaster is arrogant, unabliging, and nasty, therefore VERY difficult to deal with. They should have kept the former person in that position.
