I just received a letter for my child and it looks like he missed the dead line for school . How is it possible for a letter from Bound Brook to South Bound Brook to take 3 weeks?

Employees make no eye contact with customers. Carrying on conversations with each other, while customers are waiting. Terrible customer service. Does the postmaster not see this.

I came to get my packages almost every week because the mail man is not bringing my packages to my house for a year now. i always check my tracking numbers and get text notifications. aftter receiving the packages at the post office in just minutes they send a notification saying they left a notice form at my mail box. im at home in the morning till evening coz i work at night. i always wait for my packages for them to bring but no one ring the bell or knock on my door. so i have to kept coming to the post office to get them. then the lady employees will give me attitude for coming to get them. saying i should wait till i get a notice well i did its all in my phone ready to show them. saying i have to wit till like before 11 am to get them. well the package never left the office. they just have to get them inside.

This post appears to employ people with bad unhelpful attitudes. They also manage to send packages to another state after it reaches the correct state.
