I created an account with United State Postal Office. I'd like to request to hold mail on-line for 08873. Can I send an on-line mail hold request ?

Trying to get through the myriad of telephone prompts is unyielding. I need to speak personally to a PO rep of the Somerset, NJ facility to inquire as to when a forwarding order is due to expire. Lisa A. Misch Phone - 941-751-7129 Aerosource Inc. d/b/a Safran electrical & Power Sarasota, FL 34345

After 4 months moving into a new place, my mail is being forwarded to the previous tenants' address because our last name is similar. The supervisor is no help and not very sympathetic to my plight. Why can't the mail person read! First names are different!!! If it was your mail that you are not receiving, I am sure that you would be raising Kane to take care of it!! What do I need to do to fix this stupid situation?
