I am truly upset and angry I am suppose to receive my pension check on the first of every month but it seems like I receive it when the postman wants to drop it off. I am just now on the Sixt receiving my check I was supposed to receive on the first this happens every other month it’s starting to really make me angry. I don’t understand why this happens to me.

I want to thank Riverside NJ post office for being just awesome! My package wasn’t delivered to my address & I went to the post office to notify them. Everyone was helpful & friendly especially the man who took my phone number & said he would call me back. I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name. He did call me back that night letting me know my package was found & delivered in my mail box. That meant so much to me because it was my Moms birthday present. Great customer service! Thanks so much!

When our regular mailman is on we receive all of our mail, but when someone fills in for him we do not receive our mail. It has happened a few times now, and I am very concerned since all tax information forms should be coming in now. We also do not receive the circulars that come out once a week when a substitute mail person is on. Very concerning.

We have a new postman(men) that services Oxford Road, Delran. Our mail is sometimes wet and we continue to have incorrect mail left at our address. We have concerns that some mail that may have been placed in an incorrect house mailbox may have been thrown away by the recipient. We have not received our Yearly Taxes Paid postcard when others on the block have received theirs. Checked with Delran Township Tax office and all such postcards were set out together and mine has not been returned to them. New guy is not up to snuff. Best of luck to James Warren who was outstanding!!

Since Mr. Winklespect retired, the woman delivering the mail in our area (Cambridge) has repeatedly delivered the mail and packages to the wrong addresses. More frequently in the past few months. I have had many residents along Leon and Arch St. complain to me about receiving other peoples mail and wondering if some of their mail is being misplaced. Please have mail-woman deliver to right addresses.

Seems that hasn't improved or changed. When I lived in Riverside, we had someone else's mail and packages delivered to our house quite frequently. The woman maill carrier was always talking on her cell phone instead of paying attention to what she was doing.

This is a customer complaint due to treatment I experienced in the Riverside post office on December 19, 2017: I approached clerk at desk asked for 5 booms of stamps, gave my credit card, he asked me to sign and hit accept which I did, the accept button didn’t show me it was accepted so I hit it two more times, he began to yell at me as i didn’t need to do that, he repeatedly said the same thing over and over, I being in a good mood laughed and said ok ok how many times are you goi g to tell me, his answer was “because your ignorant” in a very loud voice for all other customers to hear, when I said did you just call me ignorant? He said yes I asked for a supervisor and yes my voice got loud, the supervisor told me I was disturbing his p,ace of business and I was escorted out not being allowed to mail my Christmas cards he claims I was too loud! Both the clerk and the supervisor first name were John the did not offer me last name when I asked! Tried to call post office repeatedly but no one answers!M
