Hello to USPS: Why not offer passport services? Where do residents apply if not servicing at convenient locations? Is it due to corruption by those who are involved with racketeering?

My wife and I reside at W. Edsall Avenue in Palisades Park. For some time now, we have not received mail from out-of-state relatives in Virginia. In each case, they informed us that they sent out cards and letters to our address. Only a handful were delivered, the others never did. We checked with our neighbors and asked if they received our mail by mistake. They also complained that this has happened to them several times as well. We informed the Pal Park post office. They said some of the Pal Park mail is handled by the Ridgefield post office, and, perhaps that's where our mail turned up. We are at our wits end. This situation is totally unacceptable. Are there any other post offices in our area that may be holding our mail? Thank you.

Horrible service carriers deliver my mail to another house. They might need a better training.

This is the worst postal service anyone as a customer could get. I have lived in the same house for over 25-years and for the last year I have been not getting my mail at all or getting my mail delivered in my neighbors mailbox. I have written complaints, I have gone to speak to customer service, which all the supervisors in this location have an attitude. And after 1-year complaining the matter gets worst. Horrible service

Congratulations to the Ridgefield, NJ Post Office. This is at least the 10th time they have delivered a parcel meant for me to the wrong suite at my address. Apparently, the carrier does not know how to tell the difference between a 4 and a 6. Not only that, whenever you call a supervisor, apparently one there is named Melissa, she is off. Perhaps all the employees at this location need to be fired and new competent ones should be hired. No wonder the Post Office is drowning in debt and dying.

Peter S, I totally agree with you. Supervisors have attitudes, mail carrier can't figure out the names on mail boxes, don't get mail delivered or if its delivered it gets delivered to the wrong mailbox and neighbors bring me my mail that was put on their mailboxes. This has been going on for more than a year and I have lived in the same house for over 25-years. and this problem is still going on.
