Hi, my name is Karel Mokry and I am a sender of the box with Tracking number CV015786040CZ, posted on October 13, 2020 from Prostejov, Czech Republic (EU). According to the Tracking link: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tRef=fullpage&tLc=2&text28777=&tLabels=CV015786040CZ%2C , the box arrived to Princeton Junction on November 6, 2020. However, since Nov. 7 its status is ALERT. My question is: Was the package delivered to the recipient? And if not, can you deliver it? Thank you in advance and please for a message. Best Regards, Karel Mokry, Prostejov, Czech Republic (EU). January 14, 2021

In the past week or so, I've had to stop payment on two bills that I mailed from my mailbox, because they weren't delivered. It also happened in December. I'm concerned that my mail isn't being handled properly and I want to bring this to your attention. If I can't trust the post office anymore then I guess I'll have to pay my bills online.
