Applying for job online. Every time I try to create an account before logging in I'm not able to. My password deletes and email don't go through. This makes no sense because I'm not able to even apply for the position and not able to create an account. This is aggravated.

So here's my story: I moved into the Crossings Apartments on Fox Run Drive May 31st, 2022. I went that very same day to this post office to pick up my mailbox key. I was told it would take 7-10 days for them to change the lock on the mailbox to match my key. Ok - that's disappointing but I said I could live with it. Well, now after 16 days the d*mn lock still hasn't been changed and I still can't get my mail. I find the staff at this post office to be pleasant and helpful, but come on - this is PISS-POOR service! Well, all I can say is what do you expect from the U.S. Government which does absolutely NOTHING with excellence or quality.

You lost another package of mine!! This is unacceptable and it seems that it's always the same employee who makes these mistakes. Frankly, I am shocked this person hasn't been fired yet.

How does a post office not answer their phone. They had my sons package yesterday and sent it back to trenton this am. I feel real sorry for people that deal with this post office. I've called 6 times only to be picked up by an answering machine

The Plainsboro NJ post office has impressive employees! I'm delighted and in particular, so thankful for their thoughtfulness toward my baby dragons crickets (food). I understand that live bugs are not easy to appreciate, but the employees are absolutely incredible in their handling and care.
