This place is terrible. The driver who delivered my package to my home scanned it as delivered and then left with it. Because he scanned it as delivered when he was in my house the post office claims its nothing they can do since it shows as delivered. All a scam
This is by far the worst post office EVER!!!! They don't answer the phone and have lost my mail several times including 2 day priority mail that is a big package. they say its just misplaced but its been a week and still cant find it... What is the next step at making a formal complaint???? You just don't loose a big package either you delivered it to wrong address or someone took it home for themselves...
No help at all, they dont answer the phone, they got parcels from january that dont sent out notices for, its going down hill, last i talked to an a hole name justin, he was no help and seem racist over the phone
Tried calling the phone number for the main office 973-977-4729 and the phone rings and rings with no answer. I had to go in person instead. While waiting in the line, two other people had the same complaint. What a shame after all the tax money we pay and we get VERY poor service, if you choose to call it that.
The most horrible service ever. They refuse to ring the door bell to deliver parcels, instead they leave slips stating they made attempts. As far as redelivery, that is a very frustrating process. Over several days, and several email requests they have made no attempt or just reuse to deliver. I say deliver because an initial attempt was never made, all they do is leave slips. They are very unprofessional and uncaring. Also, as far as speaking to a person, don't even bother because they never answer the phones.
