I was at the post office today to send some documents by certified mail. The person helping me was very courteous, patiently answered all my questions, explained the different options, and helped me come up with the cheapest ones for my different letters. Many thanks to the staff there for the excellent service!

This is a scandal how to disregard a customer at the post office in Parsippany. Shipping that there disputes the staff with disregard and does not record tracking number. Then I have problems with customers who want this tracking number. Shipping costs are increasing every year with the quality worse. If the situation does not improve this week - the matter will be raised at a higher level - THAT FATAL QUALITY OF SERVICES WILL TAKE 5 WEEKS AGAIN

I WENT IN WITH A FEW CERTIFIED MAILED LETTERS. THE LADY THAT TOOK CARE OF ME USHA I BELIEVE WAS HER NAME, SHE WAS INDIAN, GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE THE WHOLE TIME. I GUESS I HAD ONE TOO MANY FOR HER TO HANDLE. ITS VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SEE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE TOWN AND STATE WITH THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE. IF SHE CANT HANDLE THE WORK THEN SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING. THIS IS THE ONLY LADY HERE WITH THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE.

I am late in writing this review, I got great help from an african american woman, I am at loss of words to explain her sincere help and guidence and her involvement in ever step of the transactions, it was great service given by that kind woman, it surpasses UPS and FedEx by thousand miles. I am a great fan of USPS now. Ivan

Today was the 1st time I was in the Parsippany P.O. and was very impressed with the efficiency, curtiousness, patience and pleasantness of the person who waited on me. Unfortunately, I do not know her name, but if it is helpful, she is the person in charge of passports. I came out of the post office smiling. What a lovely start to the day. Thank you.
