I am so disappointing in the mail service lately. My packages are crammed into my mail box and damaged. They have been opened and re taped for no reason I have pictures and wish i could post it is awful. I am so glad the the contents was not damaged as it was a Christmas present

Not satisfied with mail service here. A registered package (high value and signature required) that I sent to Oxford, NJ was left on the front steps in full view of the street and signed for by the letter carrier forging the recipient's name. The tracking information states "left with an individual". Not true at all. Three days later, recipient returned home to find a soaking wet package, miraculously still there. Isn't forgery a legal issue??
