Hello. I'm writing to inform you that one or more employees from your post office is stealing money/cards. I realize that I should not put cash in the mail but I didn't think a small amount would be too risky but it's happening too often lately. I live in SC and I don't believe it's on this end, although I know that people steal everywhere and getting worse everyday. My cards never reached my grandchildren. Apparently, the thief(ves) knows how to unseal & reseal mail, especially with the last letter I sent with $15 inside. The letter arrived but the money was missing from the envelope. I'm writing to you because my grands live in Orange, NJ. Do you think it would be a good idea to remind employees of the seriousness for stealing? Cameras see a lot. Thank you for your consideration.

I made an appointment online for my mother to process her paperwork for her passport. The Orange, NJ Post Office turned her away and said we are not taking appointments. My questions is, why not update the website to reflect that?

Worst mail carrier ever in west orange on main street. GET NEW, YOUNG PEOPLE who are willing to work. We don't get mail sometimes until 4pm and we are a 9-5 business. UNACCEPTABLE.

Absolute worst experience with person at front desk-the man working was very rude did not apologize nor explain to me for not being to offer a service that this location provides ! spoke to me like I was not important and didn’t even try to help me!!! On top of it I had a package to send and he didn’t even ask me if I wanted to ship it. Where is the training??? Clearly customer service is unimportant and non exiistent. Will make sure to never utilize this location again!!!

I have been waiting for a important mail letter. I talked to the sender and she said she sent it on last Tuesday from New Brunswick,NJ to 324 south center st. Orange. I have yet to receive it yet. Is the carrier working, or not delivering our mail at all.

I went here last Tuesday with the sole purpose of mailing myself a letter in the future. Inspired by an interesting third-grade assignment in which we had to write letters to our 'past selves' and reassure us that all was going well in life in the present (the relative future), I went to the Orange post office to recreate that assignment some 30 years later. I am aware that it might have been confusing to the uninspired and simple postal worker, but I maintain that if a third-grader can understand the assignment so too can a government letter mailer (I recognize that comparison is unfair to third-graders). Anyway, I explained carefully that I was mailing this letter to myself in 5 years. The lady looked at me like I was from Mars. I went home with some anticipation for 5 years later when the letter came with the sender address the same as my own. This, unfortunately, did not happen. The letter came to my house the following day, a Wednesday. I was still suprised by the contents of the letter and I have short term memory loss to thank for that. I am still disappointed in the behaviour of the Orange post office and am writing them a letter for them to send to themselves in 5 years to think about what they did wrong. Please avoid this location!

I went to apply for a passport. I was turned away by the man who was working at the window at 12:30 p.m. even though according to the website passport acceptance hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. I told him I will be making a formal complaint and he said that I should go ahead at make it on the website. Is it that they are not trained in customer relations or they don't value their jobs? DISSAPOINTED and DISGUSTED.

If I had to rate this USPS from 0-10 they would get a 2. They don't deliver my package and claims it's because I wasn't home. Meanwhile I'm seating on the porch waiting for them with a fully functional door bell. What's worst is that every personal mail that I've received for the pass year has been open. What are they looking for in my mail and isn't it against the law to open other people mail? I've complain and still it continues. This is ridiculous, the incompetence in that place is unbelievable. The entire staff need to be replace.

This is the worst post office in the country, without a doubt. Don't understand what's so hard about driving a package to my house and leaving it there, a task FedEx, UPS, and even Amazon's random dudes in unmarked vans manage to do multiple times a day. ALWAYS a problem.

I have 2 lost mail since last week, that means I lost mail once a week average. Holly Cow, are people working in this USPS??? And I'm calling them right now at their main office? Thay put me on the for almost thirty minutes listening to this annoying preset record... haaaahhhFinally I had talked to the postman concerned and he has no idea why the was lost? I called 1-800 to file a claim and they hold you for an hour or two for nothing... I swear I'm not gonna use USPS again for my mail orders.... Too stressful and you can have a stroke for being upset all the time!!!

This is by far the worst post office I've ever been to. I just recently moved to this town, and have not been receiving all my mail. Every time I go to pick up my packages, the very rude women at the windows always have something to say back to you no matter how nice you are. The employees at this location are horrible, seem to be uneducated individuals that carry themselves with no respect for others. If you don't like your job then don't show up, simple. Do not ruin someone else's day with your ignorance and lack of respect. Pretend to care about your job if you don't like it, it can be easily taken away from you.

Worst place ever. People with no education at all! These employees need a training...but in the moon. A lady in window 5 with a rain cup yelled to me because she thinks I don't understand her. What I don't understand is the stupid policy they have...you need a proof of mail...for pick up a letter with a receipt under your name even if you show I'd. What about if you receive your letters or packages at your work place? Ridiculous.
