Wonderful Service, usually. Yesterday, slippery and cold, the unaccustomed man did not pick up a letter to go out, and delivered mail to a box on the wall that I can't acces sbeing old and infirm! Should be delivered to bag on door! HELP!

Our mailman is the worst! We live on Franklin Parkway in Wanamassa and our mailman constantly knocks stuff off our steps when he trudges through delivering mail. He's knocked flower pots, watering cans, and even other packages off our steps and into the dirt below.
