Continuously send my mail to the wrong House. In 2020, three packages and seven letters were sent to the wrong house and in 2021, one package and already three letters have been sent to the wrong house. Whoever is doing this route should not have their job if they cannot read because we are waiting on tax papers and information House. Received a mangled white box that looked like it had been run over, dropped on the step next mailbox right on road!? I understand that some packages cannot hold up when mailing, but not putting it on my porch when it doesn’t fit in mail box but along the road? Come on. This is not representative of the great mail service I am use to??

Everyone I've ever had deliver to my home has been professional and helpful. Great group.

Just disgusted, my package arrived in the states from China on Sunday, flushing queens, it still hasn't gotten here to New Jersey in 6 days. This is why ups and FedEx are worth it, they don't believe in snail mail!
