NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!! 732-356-2100 No one at the counter has any customer service knowledge. Post Master can not answer any questions and refers you to 800# for National Post Office. Once you reach a customer rep, you will never find them again and will have to explain your problem all over again and again. Amazon should take over this "federal business" over and clean up this mess.
