LOST valuable package. Sadly, someone is being very naughty in that office. They are doing what they should not be doing. Make sure you get your receipts for drop-offs.

I can't believe what has happened to Little Ferry Post office. I called to see if a piece of certified mail was at the post office. Instead of checking, the woman rudely went into a diatribe of why it wouldn't be there. I remember when the Little Ferry post office was friendly and they didn't hang up and talk over you when you were just trying to find out if a piece of mail was sent there. Sad.

Wow, Ive never seen a post office with the worst customer service in the world! I've been their a few times and I never understand why they are so rude and inconsiderate. Now I know why the post office in Little Ferry NJ on Main street has absolutely terrible customer service! I met the post master today, he's rude, aggressive, and came so close to my face to shout at me that i could smell his stinky breath. After I met him, I knew why the employees are so rude, because they are following his lead. They need to cut this guy, and kill the cancer because he is infecting the office. July 3rd @ 2:40 pm. Check the cameras and see how aggressive he is. All I wanted to do that day is purchase stamps. All I walked out with is a big reason why I should never return to this office. Paul C
