I went to your post office today to mail important documents using Priority Mail. The women who was working at the counter was so rude and condescending that I left and decided to utilize UPS instead (The date was 6/5 at approximately 4PM). I would like USPS and potential customers to know about the terrible customer service at this location. This is one of the reasons that USPS is losing so much business to competition and why many people chose to mail documents using computers and printers. Individuals like the women working the front counter will soon be out of jobs and they are at fault by providing astonishingly terrible customer service. Hiring individuals such as the aforementioned is jeopardizing the future of all USPS locations and such employees should be disciplined.
