How hard is it for you all to sort mail? This is day number three where I have had to walk up and down my block to redeliver mail to the CORRECT address. God only knows what mail we're missing that's winding up in someone's trash because they aren't as nice as I am.
Also, might want to try picking up the phone during business hours?
01-04-17. I am not sure who's fault this is but lately I have been getting other neighbors mail in my mailbox (and I have hand delivered it to the neighbor) and I am missing critical mailings from my Mortgage servicer and other important mail. My neighbors have received my bills (and almost paid them!I) before bringing them to me. And this happens a LOT. I am not sure if it is the carriers fault, the inside mail sorter or dispatcher or what. I hope someone in charge (The Postmaster, boss, head honcho) sees this and tries to correct this. I tried calling but the phone is constantly busy.
I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered Friday. When I hadn't received it by Friday night I went to check the tracking number. Luckily I did so because some idiot at the Hightstown post office marked the package as having an incorrect address (FALSE) and that it was scheduled to be returned to the shipper!! Not only that but they had had the package since Thursday morning and did nothing to contact myself or the shipper.
When I called the post office to inquire about this they said that it was a new person who must have made a mistake or not been able to find the house. 1. Why would they then market as an in valid address just because they couldn't find it (if you're new ask someone! Or gps/google maps, so many solutions)
2. I had several other packages and mail delivered to my address during that the past week without any problems.
I hope this person is fired immediately (this has to be some sort of postal fraud) because if I hadn't checked and seen that they were sending my pad package back and called I would've had to wait at least another two weeks before receiving my package!!
The residents of Shady Rest would like to know why we are not receiving circulars. Your customers pay to get these delivered to us. Well ,we don't get them and want them to be delivered again. No excuse why this is not happening.
Same thing in Twin Rivers!!!! USED to receive on Thursday's - SOMETIMES would receive on Wed. Almost ALWAYS no later than Friday and once in a Blue Moon on Saturday..........have not received at all the past couple weeks. I know my carrier has changed. I would hope that has nothing to do with the delivery........................
