In the past months I had received letters with the address of Paula Schorr 508 Braun 4 th Ave. at the same time some of my letters never arrived to my address that is Edgar Yaver 508 Braun Ave. as example Homestead Benefit, and the Highland Park Water and Sewer Bill. I was Called this two entities and they say that this correspondence was sent to my address. The problem is that mi correspondence is delivered to the to 508 4th Ave, and the letters of 508 4th Ave are delivered to my address 508 Braun Ave, Please I need that the mail person do the correct delivered to the correct addresses.

I just visited the HP post office and had an unpleasant experience. I was mailing an international package and was given the incorrect form. After filling it out the Indian woman told me in a nasty voice I wasn't filling out the the correct paperwork WHICH THEY GAVE ME!!!! I have been to many post offices and NEVER experienced the rude and demeaning behavior from the women working there. This isn't the first time I have experienced the negative actions of their employees. Their job is to help the customer, not to demean the customer. I live in HP but will now go out of my way to another facility to avoid this kind of treatment. Totally disgusted!

The USPS of Highland Park is a mess. I live in an apartment in town and they have lost my rent to my landlord on several occasions. On top of that, the mail carriers cannot even be bothered to make sure mail makes it into the correct box in the mail room. I am constantly getting my neighbor's mail! They need an entirely new staff that actually cares.

Every time I attempt to call this post office, no one ever answers. Today, just to see what would happen, I let the phone ring for 2 minutes. Again, no one picked up. Terrible.

Worst post office in the United States. Everyone who work there is beyond rude and dysfunctional. They are mean and nasty Everytime you go in. I have never once been happy to have to deal with them. Horrible plain horrible. I don't understand how so many miserable horrible people can work in one building. They need to fire everyone that works there and hire a completely new staff.

Called multiple times, in the middle of the day (1-3pm) on a tusday, and they picked up the phone eventually, but after about 10 min of my time wasted listening to long beeps. Not mentioning the fact that lady spoke to me after all that, like she's doing me a favor sending my packages out. Like anyone cares about these review anyway...

How does a town so pleasant have a USPS so dysfunctional? If you are expecting Sunday deliveries from this branch do yourself a favor, Take your mail box off of its mounting and toss it in the street, drop your pants and sit on the post, that is the equivalent feeling and you'll have the same amount of packages. I had a tracking update saying my package was left in the mailbox. How this magician of a mail carrier wedges a 3foot long box into a 6" square box is astounding.... Oh right he didn't. He lied and my package came the next day after filing a complaint with Amazon an numerous unanswered calls. This place makes the Newark DMV feel like a 4 star spa experience. Keep up the terrible work.

This is a horribly run organization, not only are they disorganized but they are also rude. I called a week ago to schedule a passport appointment. They told me to come in on a Monday. I went in with all my documents ready to be mailed, etc., then they told me that "we don't do Mondays." I said are you sure because on the travel.state.gov and your own websites, you list Monday as an option for passports. She just kept saying "we don't do Mondays, we don't do Mondays." I said (out of my curiosity) why? She replied, "we are too busy" as she was eating her chocolates! I looked around the room, there was only one other customer there! Are you sure there's no way you can't take my picture so I can mail the form for a renewal? She said "we don't do Mondays." I asked her for her supervisor's number which I called when I got home and of course, it was a phony number! It just kept on ringing with no voice mail at all. I called the post office back inquiring if they gave me the wrong number or there was an additional number I could reach their supervisor at, they just told me that their website is wrong and that their supervisor "doesn't do Mondays." I am guessing that that somehow means that she doesn't work on Mondays, but who knows? It was such an incredibly rude and strange experience that all I could do was start laughing. So I made an appointment at another post office (one that does Mondays) and was able to finish it all in less than 15 minutes. Was it really worth it High Park Post Office to do that to a paying customer? Just change your websites...Don't take your business here!!!

This is a horrible branch of the USPS. It shames the entire postal service. They are disorganized and rude and do not take customers seriously. This is the second time they have deleted my posts, so I will start posting on twitter and facebook instead.

This is an awful facility. They are incredibly rude and disorganized. When applying for a passport, I visited the travel.state.gov website and their post office information is listed incorrectly, especially their passport hours. On this website as well they list Monday - Friday, 9am -2pm. When I called to schedule an appointment, they scheduled me for a Monday. I came in and they said "We don't do Mondays." I inquired to see if they were sure they didn't have me on the books and then I asked why they don't do passports on Mondays. They told that Mondays are too busy for them. I literally looked around the room, there were two Post Office employees (one was eating chocolate) and they said they couldn't help me because they were too busy! I asked for their supervisor's number and then they said that their supervisor also knows "they don't do Mondays" and is on "their side". I went home and called their supervisor, it rang and rang and no one answered. I called the post office back asking if the number they gave me was incorrect, then they told me that their supervisor doesn't work on Mondays! I just started laughing at this point. I called another facility and they do Mondays, so from now on I am going there instead. I highly recommend not taking your business here.
