We are a new business in town. We have a lot of packages to ship out each week. The woman with the glasses and dark hair is rude to the point of being combative. I believe her name is Rose. She straight out refuses to work with us when we bring in multiple packages to ship. She is so rude we decided to ship with UPS. She really needs to be fired or at least kept in the back out of view

There is a very ignorant rude woman that has been working there for a while and always has an attitude. Awful to deal with every time. Teller 10. She needs to have more training or be moved to a different position since she clearly does not know how to properly communicate with the public. She is extremely rude and I am tired of it.

FYI - During July-August 2019 there have been multiple reports of people having their mail stolen out of the post office box directly outside the G.C. post office. They’re opening up peoples bills that have checks in them and rewriting/somehow altering the checks for large sums of money. The post office is aware and they are developing a case. Please check on your bills & accounts, if you mail from Gloucester City post office box & please notify the post office if you find anything fraudulent. If you need to mail checks and bills it’s recommended to walk them in and hand them over to the clerk.

I have lived in GC since 2012. It seems no matter how many times I complain about damaged mail it still continues. I'm handicapped and can't get up to complain to Post Master. I've gone to the main Post Office and complained there. Why don't people have pride in their jobs. I've lived in 4 different states and I have never had the horrible service as I have in GC.

I am new to the Gloucester City area. This was my 1st time @ your Post Office! I wish I would have asked the young lady that assisted me her name, because I would know who to COMPLAIN about! I just had Oral Surgery last week. She repeaditly looked me up & down a d had a look of disgust on her face! Needless to say, I will never go to that Post Office again!
