My package is late every time. It is only when i get a package. I called the office. They have me on hold for almost 20 mins when they did answer.

It's not enough that our neighborhood is LAST in the town delivery schedule for too many years. When a message says "out for delivery" it used to be true. Our neighborhood got bypassed completely today. No roadblocks or special circumstances. We got completely blown-off. Things are sketchy now, we realize that, but inaccurate information is unacceptable!

What a business, called the eatontwon post office several times, put on hold for 15 minutes then dropped. My street has not received mail for two days, there is a bit of road work going on, but this hasn’t stopped amazon prime, fedex, and ups trucks from delivering. Hmm, what was that old mail delivery motto about always delivering the mail.....

The folks at this post office are Extremely unfriendly. The hours posted online are open till 7 PM. I am not sure why the two individuals I should be out promptly at 6 PM but perhaps information needs be updated online. I feel sad for these people that they are that unhappy in their jobs. There are plenty of people who seek work, so perhaps they should allow them to have those jobs. God bless America

We have not received our mail in 3 days and were told that magazines were being put in a bin and not delivered at this time. Our bills are being received late and magazines that we have paid for are not being delivered. Terrible and unreliable service.

You have lost two packages in a row. I will not stop until you have now reimbursed me for both. This is not acceptable.

This post office is a disgrace to humanity. I ordered underwear 10 days ago and it’s still not here!!!!! I came to this post office to ask where my package was and they said it was on the truck... what truck???????? Amazon says the package is at the office, they say it’s on the truck. This town is full of liars. I have been commando for far too long thanks to these clowns. This is an outrage. Not to mention the inside of this place looks like a damn raccoon shanty town. Horrible

I will never go to Eatontown USPS ever. I went there to send my granddaughter a easter basket. It was only 6lb. They say since it was tall they had to charge me $25.00 extra because the delivery men MIGHT think it's beaver then that. I was shocked. I asked other towns and they never heard of it. Plus when you get packages they don't stack them on rainy days they spread them out so all of them get soaked. Poor excuse for a USA post office.

laziest, rudest, most unreliable, worst-trained carriers and clerks ever encountered and they obviously give not a care to the integrity of their jobs. worth going to another location or not using USPS at all anymore.

Items on web tracking are posted as delivered hours before actual delivery. I called the local Post Office about it and they said they'd call back--they never did.

When I walked into the post office I was greated by an extremely rude man who was not informed of his own services that he provides which is beyond me. How the heck do you work there and not know what informed delivery is ?

I have lived at enough locations to say that this, by a landslide, is the worst post office I have ever encountered. I NEVER get any packages on time and the office is filled with people who have no shame In letting you know how little they care.

The mailman delivered a " Sorry we Missed You" for certified mail - that I would have to sign for. Each time a PS Form 3849 was left in in the mailbox. I believe that mailman never came to the door - Both my husband and I were home. The doorbell is not broken. Nor does the form tell me where to pick up the mail. At this time I have rejected the mail. FYI the tracking number is 9414 7266 9904 2097 3777 0
