Any reason cars are alwaysblocking the drop off box in front of the post office? The postmaster needs to do his job and have the Police ticket and tow these cars.

You seriously need to have a talk with RICH. He is rude and impatient with callers. Over the last three years I have had to speak with him about 5 times and each time he was awful. Just a really bad attitude. He must be like this with everyone. I avoid going here if at all possible.

I called your post office today shortly after 10am, wanting information on a package. I had a tracking number with the last information telling me my package was at your post office. . I spoke to Rich, and to put it nicely he was the rudest person I have had to deal with at USPS. He repeatedly interrupted me. He also spoke down to me because according to him he has over 25 years at USPS so he knows all. I tried to explain I wasn’t mad at him or giving attitude, and that I know he has more experience than I do and how I just had questions. I was then quickly rushed off the phone, and the cherry on top was him hanging up on me. Please speak with him and inform him that despite his years of work at the USPS might’ve given him all the knowledge in the world about mail he knows nothing about respect or basic human courtesy.

The guy I talked to at Cranbury was really mean and nasty and acted like he could care less about where my package was. He has no idea what's going on, never asked for the tracking info and just blamed it on the post office in Hightstown. What a jerk. I think I will give the Postmaster General a call just to let him know what kind of jerks are running things here.
