Mail carrier delivered mail while using excessive profanity. He was apprently.on a cell call talking to someone else. I attempted to call local office for feedback, but there is no way to provide this directly to the local office.

I mailed 4 bill payments on August12 in the post boxes outside of the post office not one of the bill payments were received by the companies yet, now it is 9/1/22. Could you tell me what is going on with the Collingswood Post Office and where are my checks and payments? This is causing a lot of confusion and I don't want my credit ruined because of lost mail by the post office.

I received a message that my package was delivered, however NO package was delivered to my house. I have tried to reach the post office several times and NO answer. I have requested a call back and NO ONE RETURNS MY CALL. Where was my package delivered too!

We have had packages delivered to us and they were left outside. We are open 24/7 and there is no reason to leave them at the entrance. We were lucky enough that a family member 2 times saw them and brought them inside. We have mail delivered here, why don't they bring in the packages? If a resident asks for the package and states it was delivered according to the tracking, yes it was, but left outside!

I put in for a change of address last week, I believe I wanted it to start this week, however, I have not received mail from either address for 5 days! I have credit card bills, and several other bills coming and I have no way of knowing where my mail is. I was just on the phone for 20 minutes and no one came on the phone personally to speak to me. What do I do if I can not find someone to talk to??

My experience with the Collingswood post office service has been less than ideal. Over the last 4 months I have noticed a severe decrease in the delivery of my mail. Meaning, I will be out of town for a week or two due to work and return to ZERO mail in my mailbox. I used to have the post office hold my mail for me, but two individual times they delayed in "finding" my held mail for over a week. I just returned today from being gone for 3 weeks and again, ZERO mail. How can I combat this? No one knows where my mail is and this just doesn't make any sense to me.Last note, I constantly have other people's mail in my mailbox.....not even close to my address. Maybe that's where all the mail is going? Collingswood really, really needs to improve this mail service. It's out of control.

I wanted to voice our frustrations with the "Sunday Delivery" offered by our local branch. More than a dozen times now have we ordered something from Amazon with the Sunday Delivery option only to find it never is even attempted to be delivered even though we receive an email that says otherwise. This Sunday (yesterday, October 4th), we were home working in our front yard and painting our porch - our mailbox is attached to the side of our house. We were there ALL DAY and since there are two of us and a barking dog who always is alerting us to the arrival of the mail, we know for an absolute fact that there was NO delivery attempt made, yet again we received an email stating otherwise, even going as far as to say there was a note left on the door. There was not. I NEEDED this delivery so that I could complete a project for my job this Monday morning and yet here I am still sitting and waiting for my delivery because when you call the post office that's all they tell you you can do. It is far too frequent of a problem and it's extremely frustrating. I paid an extra fee to have delivery over the weekend and will not be reimbursed because the post office CLAIMS they attempted delivery when in fact that was never the case. SHAME ON YOU! I want to support the post office and help them to stay afloat but it's very hard to support them when this is the way they conduct business. There are several employees I do love and think do a great job (my parents also live in Collingswood and their post man is TERRIFIC!), unfortunately ours is not.

one of the worst post offices that ive had the displeasure of dealing with...Never open when you need them, and mail delivery is so late in the day (for our business) as to make it a joke. Nwever answer the phone, unless they purposely publish the wrong number. These guys make Mayberry feel like NYC

Same thing, phone rang & rang, at least 30 times, no answer. Wish I could let my work phone ring off the hook & still have a job!!!

I shipped a package from here last Thursday, the tracking #. Is wrong and the package was never delivered. I have called for several days now to only get a busy signal, guess they leave the phone off the hook all day! And the national phone number won't make a claim with out the right tracking #!!! USPS is a joke anymore, no wonder fedex and ups have taken over! I will never use this office again!

I went into this branch twice yesterday and their system was down, so I could not get something weighed for postage nor buy stamps with a credit card. I called later to find out if the system was up to save myself another trip. No one answered after about 30 rings. Same thing this morning - no answer. So much for customer service and accountability. No wonder USPS is in trouble.
