A package from a department store was sent to the mailroom of a high rise instead of package room. Mistake #1. Substitute postman took the item that was in a plastic bag, rolled it up and squeezed it inside the tiny mailbox. Mistake #2. Called and left detailed message for postmaster who never called back. Mistake #3. The phone keeps ringing and ringing and is rarely answered.

I have been calling the post office, 201-943-5271, repeatedly to no avail. The phone is never picked up, no matter how many times it rings. I would appreciate a call from a Supervisor, or someone in charge = 201-941-2384.

Postal carrier who does Palisade Avenue south is a INCOMPETENT CARRIER! They put the mail in the wrong mailboxes even though the NAMES ARE CLEARLY VISIBLE or the mail is thrown on the floor in the vestibule. Something needs to be done. All of us have mail coming to us and WE DO NOT appreciate the way it is delivered. WE ALL MISS MANNY, the former carrier

Hi I was wondering I live in Fairview, NJ and what happened to our mail boxes? It was so convenient to mail a letter, before.... Now, I have to walk 3 or 4 blocks? I know it is good for me, but I have a breathing problem and sometimes I can't walk the 3 or 4 blocks and I don't have a car....can we put them back??? Thank you Victoria
