Your mail carriers that deliver to my complex need to be more careful and diligent in executing their jobs. I mean no disrespect. I am awaiting a very important delivery that is late. I was supposed to have received it on Friday but it has not come. However, I have found on occasion mail in my mailbox that belongs to people who live not even in my area. Did my mail end up in someone else's box as theirs ended up in mine. Very likely, and who am I supposed to contact to rectify this? Any help in this matter will be appreciated.
I mailed out a package from North Carolina on the 20th of September. It landed in clementon New Jersey with a tracking number that stated it was an insufficient address. I've been calling for a week and people have been giving me the runaround no one has been able to help me locate my package. It says it was sent back to sender well I am the sender in North Carolina and I haven't received it the tracking number States is in clementon New Jersey area code 08021 this is very disturbing for the postal office not to have adequate resources to help you locate your package. Today is September the 29th I've made several more attempts to locate my package and no success. Something needs to be done about this. All the reviews I've read are negative concerning this matter. The system needs to be fixed. Clementon New Jersey area code is the same area code I was trying to send the package to lindenwold New Jersey with same area code I don't understand how it got that far and all of a sudden is insufficient address makes no sense to me I'm in North Carolina and it traveled that far. No one seems to be able to help me
I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for two reasons: one - my dad was a hard working mailman for over 30 years, and two - Louis De - F'in - Joy. But honestly, the past three times I've gone there, the employees act like they're mad at the world, and there are not enough employees. Now, thanks to Clementon PO, I may be out SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS on a return of mdse I purchased. I have the receipt, so I think that they should make good on the loss. But honestly, I went to the Post Office during my break just to ask why my package never left the office, and was told it did, they probably didn't scan it. Well, what's the whole purpose of a tracking number??!! Worst service. Sad, because I'm sure that Lou DeJoy has much to do with that.

I have not received my mail in 3 days. I get USPS Informed Delivery to my email daily and it shows that I have mail (one is a check). Why am I not getting delivery.
Last week I had packages inside for pick up and the carrier never rang my door bell. When I approached him the next day he said he is not allowed to ring the door bell. In that case, USPS needs to change the form that I filled out online.

So. Crap...I thought I was the ONLY person having these problems. I just read all the other complaints about the Clementon USPS so I GUESS NOT! ...Surprise. Surprise. What the H*** is happening down there? I can say EVERY ONE OF THE BELOW COMPLAINTS has happened to me MORE THAN ONCE..and I CAN ADD TO THE LIST. THAT...is shameful. We pay these people HIGH WAGES to be CAPABLE of doing SIMPLE TASKS, like, ummmmm READ A ADDRESS CORRECTLY. Is that asking TOO MUCH? Because, AFTER ALL..they ARE the post office. Should they NOT BE THE ONE'S THAT KNOW ADDRESSES IN THE SMALL COMMUNITY THEY SERVE??????
I order alot online. SEVERAL OF MY PACKAGES, AND I MEAN SEVERAL..were/have been delivered to another person's address IN PINE HILL, NOT CLEMENTON..where I LIVE. Then there was the day in ALL THE CARRIER'S WISDOM, he had 2 packages for me. ONE HE LEFT ON THE PORCH of the house in Pine Hill, and the other one he sent back to the post office marked "NO ACCESS"...huh. WHAT A FOOL. ON this very same day...HE DELIVERED MAIL TO ME..and EVERY HOUSE ON OUR BLOCK, but for some reason, that package the size of a coke can...HE HAD NO ACCESS?....But wait! ...There's more! ...there was the day the carrier WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR DIRECTION SIGNED FOR A VERY EXPENSIVE PACKAGE (Over One thousand dollars, so it required a signature)...and LEFT IT IN MY MAILBOX ON THE STREET. IF I had not seen her put the package in my box, because I was watching for it...I would have not known it was delivered and had NO RECOURSE if the package was stolen...because...it was SIGNED FOR...BY A NAME I WOULD NOT EVEN RECOGNIZE!!!! When she said she signed for it...MY HEAD EXPLODED...and YOU KNOW WHAT? SHE GOT SHI**Y WITH ME for calling her out!!!! What she did was A FRAUDULENT ACT.
What is WRONG HERE? It is apparent MANY OF US have some serious complaints that are being ignored by the Clementon Post Office. Things need to change, and we need to INSIST THEY DO.
just had the worst delivery ever. 47 years at this address. never before have i seen the mailman walk right past my box, (flag up) and put my mail in the neighbors box. he never took my out going mail or delivered my mail. had to go to my neighbors and take my mail out . there should be a test to make sure they can read.

I live in Pine Hill on W Clearview ave And someone is opening my mail before I get it. Can you check to see if ether the mailman or the post office is opening it?
My mother is a 71 year old handicapped now widowed as of 12-15-19. last Friday she went to get her mail finally because she was taking care of my father in his last days then had to prepare a funeral. when she went to retrieve her mail the carrier told her it was all sent back because of some new policy for un-retrieved mail. My mother's social security pension and a few other important documents where sent back! She has to to literally drive to the mail box so she can't go every day. i would appreciate an explanation for this "new policy".
