I usually do not give bad reviews. But I was taken aback a minute ago. Finishing a conversation with a very simple request and the employee (I do not know her name) was extremely rude and un professional. I'm calling from a local house of worship. All I wanted to inform them is that on Fridays we are open till 2 pm, since they constantly come after hours. I could not believe how rude this employee was and at the end of this seemingly simple conversation, she hang up on me, mid sentence. I was surprised because I'm not used to rude costumer service in my area. People are usually very nice and helpful. Not this lady!

Haven’t gotten mail in 2 days. In 53 years I’ve never had a missed mail delivery. I’m guessing postmaster Ken DeLeon is another Trump stooge sabotaging the election.

It wasn't enough to stop delivery service out of the Essex Fells location, but the West Caldwell branch continues to turn what was once a good postal delivery system into a nightmare. I never had any mail lost until the service moved to West Caldwell. Luckily we still have the same delivery person, and our service is good, except on her days off/vacation. Then we get everyone's mail or no mail. Now for the last couple days there is some creepy car shadowing our mail person??? What is the matter with the postmaster in West Caldwell??? You treat your customers disrespectfully and now your employees too!!! You have an employee doing a great job, making your dysfunctional post office look good, and you treat her like a criminal, and make people in our neighborhood concerned about some creep in a black car!!!! I was about to call the police this morning to complain about a car following the mail person, because I was concerned about her safety. Focus on better service, stop harassing your employees, and return service to Essex Fells. They did a better job delivering mail and running their retail operation than you could ever hope to do!!!!!

I’m so tired of mail not being delivered to my home. Last time I was told that mail wasn’t delivered because it was too Dara’s. Wait time to make a complaint on the phone is more than one hour!!! Seriously?

We had our mail stopped for one week. When we recently returned, we found all of our mail in a box left on the front steps of our home. It was raining very hard and all of our mail was soaked and the box filled with water. The worst part was our daughters Masters Degree diploma was in a folder and that was damage very badly. Now it must be replaced at a cost. I am going to make a formal complaint at the PO on 10/29/18 and hopefully will be able to have them pay for the damaged diploma. You would think that the mail carrier would have placed the mail in a plastic bag or even in our mail box as there was plenty of room. Shame on this carrier for not thinking.

I received everyone else's mail today on my block but mine. I was expecting a package today and tracking is updated as an undeliverable address. But, I got my neighbors mail. Not one neighbor, not two neighbors but several. Insult the injury, sender will not attempt to resend unless I re-order, which means loss of discounts in excess of 75% for savings about $650.

With unemployment at such high levels can't the post office hire qualified workers? Our mail delivery to our office building is that of a third world country.

The Asian woman is a nightmare. Run as fast as you can when you see her.
